I recently placed an order for delivery. When I received the order it turns out the restaurant made my entire order wrong. I called the restaurant to report the issue. I asked if they could remake and re-delivered the order or at least give me a refund. They said no sorry they can't do that. Then the employee had the nerve to tell me to just place a new order for delivery but I would have to pay again. I said I'm not paying twice because my order was wrong. She literally said sorry and just hung up on me. I called back requesting a manager and I sit there on hold for quite a while and then I realize they weren't going to let me speak to anyone. Extremely rude with zero manners! I was very respectful in my attempts to speak with the employee. But I was just receiving negativity in return. Please DO NOT eat here or support this particular restaurant location!
I came from Virginia to see my kids and stopped in the way to pick up White Castles, since I can't get them in Virginia. The young man who took my order was very nice and took good care of me. The only thing was I was ordering regular WC and he must have thought I wanted cheese. But if that's the worst thing that happens today, I'm going to be okay. I appreciate his help.
Waited at least 20 minutes for four sliders. The meat is 1/8" thick. Definitely not worth your time. White Castle is not what it once was. Save your money and go to the slider shop in Englewood.
I wanted to give this location 5 stars so bad but I gotta say 4 stars this time. I was craving White Castle so I drove out to Trotwood to cure the urge. I went through the drive thru and spoke with Tyrone. He was very pleasant and asked if I mind holding to place my order. I waited patiently and then was able to order. The burgers and onion chips were good. I had a mishap with the order (requested no pickles and got pickles) but when I called to address it the woman who answered was kind and even apologized for the inconvenience and said to come back so they could replace them.
They were super busy but holding it down! The food was fresh, and the service was great.
Love the food!! Staff was friendly. Once when it was really hot out and a lot of customers were there, they offered us ice water while we were in the drive thru
Friendly helpful staff.. we got food fast and it was very tasty ! We don’t go much , but when we do it’s this location and always good !
The worst place to get food from.. I have been waiting on my order for over 50 minutes, close the store if you're not able to fulfill the commands of customer service. Will never be ordering from this location.
