I Thought not being crowded and having to waiting in line was going to be a good thing. I was wrong. Chicken sandwich and chicken rings were dry and hard. Portion size has changed; very thin, probably over cooked and had set for a while. Won't be going back.
This particular store does not value their customers nor their business. A friend of mine ordered 30 Chicken sandwiches with Cheddar Cheese for $77+ dollars. My friend had only received 22 sandwiches in the case. I called up to the store yesterday to be told by the shift manager to call back today. I called back and the manager on duty first told me that an investigation had to be done. Are you freaking kidding me, an investigation. After I had expressed how ridiculous that sounded, he said he had to call the manager that worked that night. Keep in mind, I told him that we were not seeking a cash refund. All we wanted was a store credit for the 8 sandwiches. He told me that he still needed to call that manager. He took my number, called the manager and then called me back. He informed me that the manager on duty that night said he did receive 30 sandwiches. She out right lied. I can't believe that she would risk a bad review and call to corporate over 8 sandwiches that cost $20. No integrity.
I love this location, the food was so good, I had to order more. The staff was friendly and nice. The bathroom code is interesting... But I get it.
I have recently started frequting this location. Usually nice people quick service and hot, freshly cooked sliders. This wasn't the case today. My sliders tasted old and microwaved. The bun was hard, especially the edges. If I wasn't sleepy from work, I would have returned them.
Now, I may have to come up with another morning location.
I stopped here just for the iconic name, for the first time ever. What I don't understand is how this can be considered food? Not a particular dig on this location, just disgusting burger "meat"
I just sat in line for 45 minutes and my order was deleted before I got to the window. The food was not hot like it just got made, only my dish nibblers was hot. I asked for sauce and none was put in the bag. Yall need to remember that yall are on other people's time, time is money, and atleast have the order all the way correct after so much time. My order number was 17. I was there less than a hour ago. The cashier was polite. I am still disappointed. I'm not eating my sandwiches.
Been in line for 30 minutes now. Why is there 7 minutes between every car? Spent most of my lunch break just waiting for food. I've worked fast food and I'm amazed at how poor service has become.
These people rating this place five stars couldn’t have possibly sat in that drive through. You will have aged 100 years and died before getting your food, and at that point, who gets White Castle for a repast? Idk what went wrong when they renovated the place, but it takes even longer now to get anything (I’m talking half an hour to nearly 40 minutes.) so i don’t know what they revamped. I was there earlier this week and a woman got so tired of waiting she started yelling LET ME OUT!!!! I let her out, by leaving altogether because her panic alone made me uncomfortable, but i watched the police come and everybody ended up leaving so maybe she started bashing her head against the wheel out of pure frustration, idk but i understand. We need to call corporate on this place people.
