Stopped in with my kids for dinner to dine in. The food was hot and fresh. The staff was great and the place was clean. Wonderful experience.
10/2/2024 at 1030 pm I went to pick up something to eat. Everything was good politeness and hot food. Girl ask what's sauces I needed other than marinara, so I ask for tater sauce for the fish and honey mustard for my 20 sack of chicken rings. Got home had 1 order of cheese sticks although I said two three pieces but was only charged for one cool no harm done. Got 13 tater sauce packs for a medium fish nibbler and no honey mustard. 20 chicken rings with no sauce. Why ask if you still didn't put it in there.
I asked for a Strawberry lemonade smoothie and got a thick ice cream cup. I could barely sip on it. I asked someone named Billy if they can could give me a refund because that wasn’t even what I asked for. Sliders had an old taste to them and to my surprise they were completely burnt! Asked for extra onions on them and it looks like they weren’t even cooked! This is extremely disappointing not only that, I order a 20pc chicken ring and I counted only 16… They were skinny and burnt looking as well. Billy didn’t do anything to fix it she got an attitude and started cursing out the staff. This place is a dump.
Half my order was missing.
I’m a patient person. But I put in an online order… I was the only customer there… and somehow half my order was missing. When I went back, I had the pleasure of arguing about the order. Then I had to tell them what was missing… because the kitchen didn’t know that they just didn’t make 8 breakfast sandwiches? The bare minimum is “read the list & deliver it as it reads.”
Every time I have stopped, the service has been great; the staff is friendly, and my food is always good.
The food tasted fine but the extra of what I ordered was forgotten. Stood around about 10 mins before being acknowledged at the counter, person who took my ordered seemed annoyed since she was doing something else at a closed register.
By far one of the cleanest white castles I've ever been too. I was able to actually put my arms on the tables without having sticky who knows what all over my arm or hands. The workers there were also just so nice polite they smiled. I'm not sure if they were short staffed, however they were super busy and I seem them just fly thru this line of cars and did it with a smile. Don't let me forget the manager, most of them just walk out and stop helping however this one told the interview woman she'd be right there and finished helping her employees. Needless to say you can tell the woman manager is doing something right.
0-stars.I went there around 3 am, the female on the headset was rude as hell. The burgers were nasty and soggy, and also made WRONG.Worst location i used to love WC they made it an angry experience.
