Service was exceedingly slow, watched as three orders were taken and passed through the drive through window before an employee finally acknowledged me standing at the counter watching them.
Placed my order, then went to fill my drink. That is when I realized the store's overall condition. It is filthy! The fountain machine is absolutely disgusting, the condiment area is gross, looks to have mold on things.
Water damaged ceiling tiles, obvious liquid running down the wall next to the condiment area and the door to the kitchen.
The women at the counter was great, very friendly and she took care of things when my order was wrong. One of my favorite from years ago, White Castle hasn't lost its touch. More variety now.
Very slow. The longest ive ever waited for fast food.
When i got my food, all the bottom buns on every single slider was soaking wet. Like mush. Low quality food here. DO NOT GO HERE.
Pulled up for a quick bite after work and was unfortunately very disappointed. I have worked food service since I was old enough to have a job, so I understand that mistakes do happen. However, this store needs to be looked into. Not to be gross on a public space, but I have been vomiting since I finished eating the half of my order that I did receive. Also did not receive half
of my order as well after waiting 15 minutes at the drive through window for said food and was also the only car in line. And to add (not the employee’s fault), the online ordering service through their website offers shakes. When I eventually was greeted at the window, the young man informed me that they don’t even have a shake machine. If you’re looking for a satisfying experience, this is not the place.
Friendly cashier, no name tag. Food was ok. Place is really run down.
I made a DoorDash order and it wouldn’t let me make adjustments to my order.
I called the White Castle and was told that my order was not in yet.
(I called right after I placed the order).
Adan called me back about 10 minutes later letting me know he got my order and he would be making sure he did what I asked.
Aden was polite, respectful and ensured my order was accurate.
It doesn’t seem like much but good customer service of any kind is so hard to find in places today. Fast food workers are overworked and underpaid and deserve recognition.

Drove past 3 McDonalds, a Wendy’s and a T-bell to go to white caskets. We showed up late with nobody in line. The team was prompt and the food was super fresh and hot. Far exceeded expectations on a Friday night. Sale #85140158 Employee #1335
Food was great. Cashier was unfriendly. Bathrooms and dinning room were very dirty. We decided to eat in the car. Not what was expected after driving 2 hours to try thier sliders.
