My daughter's and I went into this location for late night ???? grub we were greeted so well by the associates by the names of Aris, Christina and Ashley they were such a delight to have as our servers last night they made sure our food was so fresh burgers mozzarella sticks and chicken sandwiches were phenomenal they were so nice we need more employees like these ladies they deserve to be acknowledged for their work. fast food is a hard business to please customers it was very busy in there last night and those young ladies kept it very professional and calm. They deserve an incentives for their customer service and hard work ethics.
Although the wait was a little long, the food was great. Everything was warm and prepared nicely and the staff was unusually friendly and thorough. A refreshing change from most fast food restaurants.
Went there twice in 5 days and could not believe how bad it has become. The buns were so wet. I’ve never had WC burgers like that. The pickles tasted metallic. The food was all around BAD. The first visit I said anyone can have a bad day but it was even worse the second time. Then I made the mistake of using the bathroom, what a filthy mess. If I used the bathroom first, I would have just walked out.
The all woman crew was working hard! Great crew. Only reason one star held back because the dinning room needed cleaning. However, the restaurant was slammed with customers. So I'm giving them 5 stars! On the board. Great job ladies!!! Amazing service. Even the boss lady was working orders!! Really impressed.
Me and my husband just left from this White Castle and Ashley and Micheal were extremely nice and the food was Hot and delicious! I appreciate there kindness because I was having a bad day at work but they made my day completely better with there smiles and hot fresh food!
Arrived 20 minutes before closing time around 3:00 AM and still received very good service. I was greeted by Ashley who was extremely nice and friendly. My food came out fresh and was given to me quickly.
Had difficulty using app for the first time. Girls were very patient while my daughter tried to restore lost data. Excellent service is rare today and I want them to know their attitude and patience did not go unnoticed.
Doing Uber eats here and they had a line and were short staffed but Ashley and Micheal made the orders happen and got everyone’s orders quickly. They were the sweetest on top of it. Credit to them for pulling that off!!! That’s customer service
