Food was cold having waited for the onion chips getting it after 5 at night it should have been hot off the grill. The Christmas toys made out of whitecastle boxes where an enjoyable moment
I have to drive to the next town to get White castles because the Reading, Ohio white castles food is so terrible. The fries are always soggy, onion chips, always burnt cheese. Sticks are never melted all the way and not crunchy. They’re always soggy. The fries, cheese, sticks and onion chips all taste like they’ve been fried and old Oil that has fried fish in it. The sliders always have the bottom buns, soaked and falling apart. And you can’t hear anything in the drive-through speaker because either the volume is too low or the speaker is going out. And when you say something about it they don’t care. Always have an attitude from the staff. In my opinion, worst white Castle location ever. Thank God I have another White castle Location 3 miles away that actually upholds excellent customer service and the food is always 100% amazing.
Not to bad. Food was hot order was right except had few onions on my burgers that I asked no onions on but it wasn't excessive I just hate onions that's 1 lil tiny one to 100 tiny ones ughhd!. Lol ... But was warm good service was prompt and she was nice.
Went to this location after work ordered 16$ worth of food and found a hair in my loaded fries when I got home. This is completely unacceptable and nasty.
Person handling food wore 1 glove , handled buns with unloved hand and i let manager know, he was more mad at me for telling than the worker for contaminating the bubs and they still used them
Breakfast sliders are awesome. Staff in drivethru are friendly and quick. Great choice for dinner after a long day at work.
It's one of my favorite places to stop for a quick lunch. Slide in for those awesome sliders and sticks. I've always received everything I have ordered, and I have no complaints about anything at this location
Oh, it was great. I hadn't been there for a while, my friend and I stopped to pick up lunch . The atmosphere was the same from years ago. They had added to the menu, but i enjoyed the food and will go again.
