It’s White Castle, no atmosphere review to offer but the food was hot and delicious. We love this location! The order was precise and staff in the drive through efficient.
Been coming here since I was a kid it’s still good but pricey. The renovation is ok too.
I used to love going to white castle every time I go to New York but when I went this time I noticed that they had changed staff and the burgers taste very nasty it was a different experience for sure that left me very unsatisfied. I won't be going back there any more I'll just buy it from the supermarket.
I can remember a time when you could count on food being done right everytime. I guess it doesn't matter anymore. Spent $30 and got trash. Fish was way overcooked, fries were old and soggy, and the chicken rings were like cardboard. The cheeseburgers were only ok. Definitely not the melt in your mouth type. The cashier was nice but everyone else seemed to be hating life. The ambiance could be a lot better. Maybe bring back that "watch the burgers being made through the glass" type ambiance. If you do the math, every other fast food spot has way better deals.
Sadly, the have permanently lost a customer.
It was nice and clean. The service was good and the employees were courteous and friendly!
This white castle is not that bad like the customer service and it's mostly clean don't live that far from this place
Slow service for being the only customer there. Also put the wrong cheese but can’t go wrong with White Castle
The food is starting to have an after. Taste to it. I don't know how to explain it, but they don't taste the same anymore
