White Castle was great! I have wanted to eat at a White Castle for as long as I can remember and there’s not one where I live. We went out of our way to get to this one and it did not disappoint. The staff was so friendly and nice! Several of the employees were from Mississippi and it made my experience even better. I loved that!
Was late at night and only drive thru was available. Great service. Nice young lady at the window. My partner loves White Castle so every time we're in the area we have to stop. ????
We just went through the drive-thru, but White Castle food is always as good as expected. The service was friendly, but it took a very long time for us to get our order. I think we waited up to 25 minutes and we were only 4th in line at the time. Prices are reasonable and you get good value for your buck. We've been here many times and think this review is representative of our experiences.
Never a bad decision to go to White Castle. We load up with a box of 20
original sliders. Service is always great!
Tried their Fish Bites this time. Really good!!
My sliders were wet and the bread did not hold up. Couldn't eat 2 out of the 4 I ordered cos they fell apart when I picked them up
There were only 5 cars in the drive through..there were other customers that got in line but seeing the line was not moving..they left as did the next car and the next. I ordered 1 dbl cheese and water and it was like 15 min wait.. ridiculous.
The Food is becoming so bland and its slowly becoming a less favorite goto eatery.
It's seen as a favorite to so many that have moved away..it's on their too list when they go home. Reactions are just eh...just not the same
The wait was about 30 min-35 min from beginning to end in the drive through. The orders were getting messed up prior to us. Even after waiting they forgot part of the order. The amount of cars and the wait time didn't match. It was not a great experience. When they forgot my order they made me pull around to a different window and the person who brought my food just opened the door barely and handed my food out, no greeting or even apology, no words, just closed the window up.
I know ppl complain but I wanna say every time I’ve ever came here every worker has been so sweet. For years. Idk who the young man is with the glasses and the dreads working today 7.24.27 @8pm but he is a great asset to their team. Very kind and great service!
