Went to the White castles in Midlothian Illinois this morning. Spent $5. Got two cheeseburgers and a small hash brown. Waited over 10 minutes for my food. When I got it the hash browns were so greasy I couldn't even eat them. I could squeeze it out of there. The cheeseburgers were smashed in the box. Dried up hard crusty bun and dried up pickles. What's going on? You need to get some help in that one. Also took her like 2 minutes to give me my credit card back which I hope nothing was compromised. It's not that hard. It's not like it was busy. It's 11:00 in the morning. Nobody ahead of me. Nobody behind me. Every time I go there it's something
This is the dirtiest location I have ever been to. White castle should be ashamed of this location. It's a disgrace.
I got a green moldy fry with my order. See the picture for yourself! DON'T EAT HERE! YOU WILL GET SICK!

3 years ago, this place was good at service presention. The last time the order was wrong, and food was overcooked along with the onions the meat is then, so if you overcook it, the flavor is lost along with the onions, making it look like trash meat.
The time before that was the same but I gave them a benefit of a doubt since 3years ago I recommended them, then they got that order wrong, ask for no pickle extra onions and gor no onions with extra pickle. Should not be serving old meat, and the smell wasn't the same, you know that smell that makes us love white castle.
So they are doing this thing now where someone comes to your car and takes the payment then you wait for your food. Dumbest idea ever. Usually spend about 20 mins in drive thru but been here for about 35 mins. Taking our payments then moving slower than usually is outrageous.
The young lady was so friendly and helpful ( Malia was very nice)
But that new door could be a potential problem the way it opens up as a sliding door and the cashier is right their,
Used the app to order. This was a large order. 20 sandwiches, three large sides, and 4 desserts.
If you’re the owner here this is a great order.

Here’s our experience.
Ordered at around 5:15pm via the app. Was given a 5:38pm pickup time.
Headed over there right on time. Got to the drive right on time. There was three cars ahead of us.
After about 5 minutes the car in front of us laid on the horn. Few minutes later they straight up left.
5 more minutes go by and the front car gets their food.
Then they pulled up both the car in front of us as well as us. Surely in attempt to play their timer.
Then they took their sweet time getting both of the orders out.
Finally we received our food at 6pm about a half hour of waiting. Whatever through we have the food ran out to us where we were parked in front of the store. So I didn’t even bother asking for a few mustards for the burgers.
Got home and started un packing the food.

We also had cheese chicken sandwiches. In the app I asked for pickles x2 on the chicken sandwiches. There were 0 pickles on the chicken sandwiches. And the bread was crunchy and stale. Was supper disappointed in their quality. Dry crunchy bread and no pickles like I asked in the app. For the price paid they felt like the worst quality ever.
And then there was the sides. I ordered two large cheese sticks.
They were over cooked and many of them were simply hollow. Paid $16 for a bunch of empty fried hollow breading tubes. Our order took nearly an hour to get out and frozen cheese sticks got messed up. That sucked.
And then the fries. Ordered a large fry. Wish I could tell you the fries were good or bad but they absolutely forget to put them in there.
I would have took all of that disaster back and just got it re made however we ordered ahead because we had an event to watch and we weren’t trying to miss anymore of it. It started at 6pm so we missed the start while we were still pulled up waiting on our order.
$63 for stale bread , overcooked cheese sticks, no pickles when asked for them , missing side , and spent a half hour watching Cicero Avenue while we watched the staff fail to get out a few orders.
I’m for sure going to stay away from White Castles for a long time now. In this economy when I spend $60 I expect a quality product. Not sloppy crusty junk.
Stopped in before work so I figured everything would be fresh and hot since there was 2 other cars in the drive through line. Wrong. The burgers were barely warm and had the telling hard crust around the edges of the meat and buns showing that they were made and sat around for a while. The positive was that the chicken rings were hot and fresh.
We ended up going to this White Castle between 11 pmand 12:00 am
The Man in the drive-up was awesome He was so funny he was friendly definitely will come back
