We don't have White Castle in Colorado, so when im near one, I gotta go. This was a great White Castle. The young lady at the drivethru was polite and happy. My sliders were awesome, and the onion rings were fresh and hot.
Not nearly as great as everyone said it'd be. However, it was still very good. Especially for as cheap at it is nowadays. The sliders are definitely the best thing they have. The atmosphere was quite. But extremely quiet. Talking with my friends in the lobby seemed too loud. Other than that, they had very good customer service. They we're fast and accurate with all of out orders. Will go again!
SERVICE IS ALWAYS CRAPPY. No matter what time you come????! No tartar sauce as well as No seafood sauce for Fish Nibblers! I have an order of fish and No sauce cause this location is out of the sauce! JOLIET LOCATION ALWAYS HAS ISSUES! Who’s managing there! STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND HAVE NO CARE FOR GUESTS! I also did not recieve the fish Nibblers
Everything is about location, and this location is awesome. The employees are great, our food was hot and fresh and really good. They have the mustard that I love you don't have to ask for it anymore they keep it out in the dining area. Also they keep it cold inside during the summer and was very clean.
It was in the early hours of the morning, probably around 2 AM. And we finally got out of the emergency room with my daughter and everybody was starved, so we went through the white castle drive through. The staff was so friendly really surprised me at that time of the morning. The food was hot and fresh and I think that we didn't really eat it. I think we inhaled it Because not only were we super hungry, but it was really good! Definitely hats off to the staff. That was there on late shift because they were aces.!!!
My first Tina at a White Castle. It was one of the only places open when we went through that town, so we were grateful for it. :-) I had breakfast sliders, the offer them all day. Not too bad, just a bit greasy. I guess a lot of their food is. Onion rings were some of the best I've had in a long time. It was a long wait to get the food even though there were few people there.
Always love some sliders. Few and far between do I get soggy sliders. But still great
Great customer service. Came here 07/04/24 before around 530pm before a slammers baseball game and had the best customer service. Woman taking our order helped me get a better price for my meal. Actually do like the bathrooms being locked because I'm from aurora and homeless people mess up the bathrooms constantly. Place was so clean too and soda machine was clean (unlike auroras white castle). Keep up the great work and thanks to all who worked the 4th give them all rasies.
