Such a fun place to stop and eat! Who doesn’t like a White Castle burger?! While traveling back east we knew we had to stop for a bite to eat and since they are not lovely to our area we had to stop.
We got the burger combo meals and they were perfect! Just the right size without being too filling.
We requested fries well done but that didn’t happen. Overall the meal is what we expected quick and easy.
Went this morning after having a great grocery shopping experience at Meijers just to have my breakfast sandwich packaged wrong in a double cheeseburger box. Due to that my sandwich fell right through the box on the floor! I called up there and BRITTANY a so called miserable low downed low paid manager (ugh) thought it was ok to blame me for it and said it’s nothing they can do about it! Also these worn out workers didn’t give me a receipt, however it doesn’t matter because my bank statement has the charge. This low standard manager tells me she has a business to run and doesn’t have time to address my issues and it’s my fault they package it wrong. I went ahead to the Taylor location to get a fresh sandwich and they said the said thing and that the manager at woodhaven location is completely wrong for not making it right! Any how I called corporate and made a complaint! 1800-843-2728. I’m seeking a full refund! The box looked reuse in the first place.
Nothing wrong with the food but I sat in the drive thru at 1 am for 25 minutes I only ordered 2 double cheeseburgers there was only one car in front of me. made no sense.
There's no white castle in my area so it's a must have whenever I travel ! grabbed a 20case of sliders and a side of onion chips everything was fresh and delicious thanks for keeping my childhood nostalgic treat alive
first off how hard is it to understand strawberry lemonade, secondly if you do have two options of the beverage why did you think I said strawberry and still got it wrong at the window, ordered 2 #1 combos now I got these dry edge burgers meaning yall selling old product, yeah, 10 years in the food industry will teach you a thing or 2. bread was hard when I got home meaning it's a fuq in reheat, and I got light and dark fries like who's not cleaning the fry station while moving a half mile an hour. on top of that the second combo was everything, how'd y'all get mustard only bro like I get merry Jane is legal but if you can't do your job fall back honestly.
Don't bother going here. The employees obviously don't want to do their job. Only place open on Sunday morning so I go in before work. I could clearly see 2 employees in the building. Actually did 4 laps around the building stopping in front so they could see someone was there but no one would take an order. Not the first time but will be the last cause the crave has left me.
It's White Castle the food is always the same. Which is awesome. The service was horrible here. The other people waiting for their food were cool as hell to talk to. I wasn't even drunk or high. Everyone just loves the crave but hates the wait.
It's good, but has gotten expensive like everywhere else. For the amount of food you get for what your paying questionable. They do have great breakfast sandwiches which seem more bang for your buck.
