Food is always correct but in the mornings I've gotten burnt hash browns that I can probably knock someone out with how hard they are. The wait time is also bad. Don't go there if you're in a hurry

Normally have good luck with ordering ahead on the app at this location, so I didn’t think to pull out all of the burgers to check this time. I noticed our sides were correct, and even had the sauces I requested… so I thought it would all be correct. Sadly, it was not, and I drove off. I didn’t realize that over half of the burgers didn’t have the correct cheese/ toppings once I got home. I received mostly garlic cheese burgers, and a couple jalapeño cheese (not ordered). I ordered 5 smoked cheddar/ 5 garlic cheese. I’m upset because, we live around 20 minutes away- it isn’t convenient for me to drive back for a correction. :(
Update: Truly some of the best customer service in regards to making up for my last experience/ review. I really appreciated that, and due to normally having great experiences with this location- I’ve changed my review back to 5 stars.
Personally I grew up with White Castles. I know that there is a competition called Krystal's that some people like better but White Castle's will forever take the cake. The staff at this particular one is always great when I go in. It doesn't matter if it's day or night. It doesn't matter how busy they are, the whole staff handles themselves very well. Is the crave case with 30 burgers too much? Is the Sack of 10 too small? Try the crave clutch to curve that slider craving. A whole 20 delicious little burgers ready for you to pick up. I hope your experience is as good as mine was!!
If I could give the service a zero stars, I would I’ve been in line in the drive-through for at least 25 minutes. Cars are crowded behind me and nobody’s even came to the window to take my money. Absolutely ridiculous.
The restaurant was dirty, and the sliders had almost no onions. We live out of state from White Castle and were so excited to be getting a beloved gut bomb... but this time was a true disappointment.
We placed an order online at 5:00 p.m. if I want gave us a pick time of 5:24p we arrived at 5:20p. Set in the Drive-Thru for about 20 minutes. A worker came to the window and told us that our food would be out shortly. Waited another 5 to 10 minutes finally got our food worker at the window was very rude.
It's white castle, what else is there to say? The staff here are usually friendly and they've never once messed up my order. That speaks volumes IMHO
I usually go through the drive thru in the middle of the night when I get off of work. Sometimes, the wait can be frustrating, but the food is fresh, and the employees are pleasant.
