It was my first time stopping at this location, and it was the best trip I've had to a white castle in years. All of my food was hot and fresh, and they were super quick, courteous, and didn't forget napkins. I'd go out of my way to visit this location again. I mean, look at that burger, the cheese melt, the slightly soggy bun, it was everything I wanted it to be!
They were not crowded when I visited for breakfast. They were out of practically every drink except soda. Before I pulled away from the speaker I asked to ensure my toast sandwiches were correct; one bacon and one sausage. However, when I received my order I was given two sausage toast sandwiches. My food was fresh but the the hash rounds were cooked a little longer than desired. The young lady at the window was polite. They were out of strawberry jelly also.
The fact that I ordered @ 11 am; 10 burgers with jalapeño cheese and half my burgers were fresh other half old. You can tell it was done on purpose, because they are lazy and attitudes nasty. And where we live I’m tired of getting my food from horrible ppl who might not even know how to wash their own dishes is the word I’m gonna use. And I don’t eat out often because when I do it’s always the same.
I went late at night and I think they were mad they had to serve me..as evidenced by the hair in my food!! It wasn’t just a strand..but it seemed like it was intentionally placed there. You know when you’re taking out your braids and at the root it’s like the folded hair? That’s what was in my food ???? but my cheesecake was prepackaged and fine. I just can’t eat there again.
The person at the window at the had the WORST customer service. Literally said, 'what you want?' on the ordering box.(Rude) We never EVER get cheese on our Castles... regular with extra pickles...we had been in line for about 25 minutes, got our bags and went home...it was hot but wrong. Cheese on everything! No sauces, despite our requests...made for an unpleasant Castle experience. I will be making a formal complaint on the website
The store has been updated but needs to be cleaned. It’s real dingy inside. I wouldn’t have painted the ceilings and fixtures white, I would’ve done black or gray to hide the erosion that happens.
Food was disgusting and cold. I live in Kansas City and haven’t had White Castle since I was a kid. I was excited for nothing. It was cold, old, and prepared by possible drug attics
This white castle was very unclean behind the counter. Floors covered with old French fries. At the time of my visit 2pm there was no people inside and only a couple of cars in the driveway. Worst place I've visited for food being served. Will no longer patronize this place and will warn my friends. Get it together!
