I ordered a crave case of jalapeño cheese sliders.. those come with no pickles.. I received cheese sliders… which would have been fine, but they had pickles on them… not what I ordered.. look at the pictures
Ordered Cheese Castle burgers without onions, and they did it correctly. They were very good, and the ambiance reminded me of my 80s childhood with the old-style benches. Great experience.
I like extra everything on my burgers. Unfortunately, that rarely happens. There must be a disconnect from the order taker to the cook because about 70% of the time I just get it delivered to me without mustard and ketchup and extra everything. It’s so annoying to go back into the restaurant and ask them to put mustard and ketchup on the burgers. They must expect you to be 10 miles away by the time you discover that they were too lazy to put mustard and ketchup sometimes it’s only a dab of mustard and ketchup like it’s worth $1 million. Yes, I still will go there.
When they're not local to you, you tend to spend more than you'd like so you're experience will be over the top. No disappointment during this visit, nor has there ever been. Hot food, cold drink and no wait for food.
This White Castle is one of the quicker ones I have been to. Normally, the White Castle locations I have been to take upwards of 15 minutes, but this location took a little under 10!
The service is friendly and the location is clean.
The only drawback is that the ketchup is never available on the dining room floor, and the few times it has been, the packets out there are always sticky and opened.
The food is made well and good.
Worst service ever! We first placed an order through drive through while we were trying to order we asked for a minute so we can browse the menu. Then when we were ready to order the Lady employee number (#823) told us give her a minute. After that we continued waiting in line for over 20minutes for our order to have missing items! We went around just to get the remainder of our order and just before you know it 30 more minutes! Look at the cameras drivers that placed orders were driving off and it wasn’t even busy!! Then I informed her of the missing items then asked to see our bag? Sure we handed it waited got our food but please if your at a job take it seriously or find somewhere else to work!
Stopped in to have dinner on the way home and went into the restaurant to order and sit. Once I was finally able to order my selections it wasn’t that long to get my meal. Asked for extra pickle on the hamburgers which was done nicely and bonus they also gave me some extra in a little cup. Also ordered the onion rings which were well done. Ordered a small chicken ring and they were slightly underdone probably was rushed to fulfill the order. Definitely a Chicago institution.
Absolutely filthy. I don't even know how this restaurant passes the health code inspections. The food isn't great. It's all Indian people managing this location and working here so that will explain a lot. They skimp on filling the French fry box. I clearly ordered a drink but the cashier missed entering it on the register. When I got my order and asked about my drink, the cashier claimed I didn't order a drink and decided to just argue with me instead of just giving me a drink cup to get me on my way. I went ahead and paid for a drink after the fact; however, good fast food managers will just give the drink to let the customer on his/her way. I honestly don't know how this location is still open seeing how disgusting the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms are. There's even a sign on the door from the fire department stating the sprinkler system non-functional. The sprinkler system hasn't been functioning here for over a year now and the franchisee hasn't done anything to resolve the issue. I don't know why I even ordered food here today. Hate to say it, this location needs to be shut down for good or at least get a new owner/franchisee.
