I haven't been back to WC for several years and was surprised how tasty the sandwiches were this time. We had to wait a bit for three orders of 4 sliders each but were rewarded with steamy hot sandwiches. I think WC is definitely making a strong comeback and I highly recommend it.
On 5/19/22 Sale#109499239. My cheese sticks and onion rings were horrible. Although I had a 20 minute wait they were all crushed as If they were smashed prior to cooking and not firm at!! All except 2 of my onion rings were crushed and torn apart and served in pieces. The cheeseburgers had less onions than normal and the cheese wasn’t placed centered on two. This was not a pleasant meal. I want a refund. I called the store and left a voicemail since no one answered. Customer # 348 minute wait they were all crushed as I’d they were smashed prior to cooking and not firm at alll. I grew up on these, so it's always a must stop when near one. I will always love these better than the freezer ones.
Since the closest White Castle to my home provides terrible service, I had to find another location for my Jalapeño Cheese Sliders addiction. This location is pretty good, employees are friendly and the restaurant is clean. I paid around $50 for 20 Jalapeño sliders , 4 small fries, 2 chocolate oreo shakes, and 2 medium drinks.
I've never went to a better white castle. The service was fast and very friendly. The food was surprisingly really fresh.
Ordered the original sliders, got food poising from this place for a week. Stay far away from this place.. Do not eat here!!
What I recommend: Mc Donald's, Burger King, Chili's, Jimmy John's, Portillo's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Taco Bell, Subway.
A shockingly well run, well staffed, charmingly decorated White Castle! 12/10 would hit daily if lived anywhere near it!
It's White Castle. You know what you're getting when you go in. Great sliders. Service is a little slow, considering they cook so many at once. And if you are taking it home, expect the fries to be mushy by the time you get home. But still great.
