This was the best white castle I have ever had hands down! Super fast drive through, so hot and fresh! Keep up the good work! The onions on the sliders were grilled to perfection and the cheese was melted and delicious ????
Today was not my great experience. The cashier/manager gave me a dirty look and questioned my order of 15 cheeseburgers. She wouldn't accept cash, so I paid by CC. She ran off to the back without handing me my receipt. I waited for her to return, and she seemed surprised when I asked for my receipt. Everything else was fine.
The food was good and the staff friendly, but during this visit there were definitely some areas that needed improvement.
* Order took much longer to come out than is typical
* Order taker/cashier was nice but appears to be in need of a bit more training and guidance
* Had to wait for coffee order. None was ready.
* Dining room was a tad bit on the messy side and needed a good once over
Men's rest room was clean, save for some paper on the floor. But no funny smells or anything.
In the drive thru cashier grabbed my credit card for awhile. Took a picture of it then used it to manually enter and buy stuff on amazon.
When they decided to use the word crave, they weren’t kidding. I ate one and immediately craved another one. I had the number two, two double cheeseburgers, fries, and a drink. Excellent food.
My cousins came in from Germany and I took them to the best and my favorite place to eat. They loved the burgers. We bought a Crave Case.
Just visited this place I bought a 10 cheese sliders for $7.99 and It was only 8 was in the bag when i got home so of course i wasn't gonna go back. Plus the guy on drive-thru had no customer courtesy he doesn't say absutely nothing just take your money hand your order and close the window ????????????♂️
When visiting the Chicagoland Area, my FIRST stop is ALWAYS White Castle!! It's what I CRAVE!
