Best WLM Reviews
Unfortunately my food was cold, I asked for no pickles and it was still put on there. I asked for no salt and it was still put on there and the fries were stale. The customer service sucked. The drive-thru person had an attitude like I was disturbing her when she was supposed to be there for work. This was my first time here and I will not be back. I cannot recommend this place.
I've been going to this location for about 20 years, food is always hot and order is right. But, I tried using the app to get rewards and had issues (order not going through initially/then missing items). So I wanted to give Sharon a shout out for being amazing, with helping correct our order when the app was not acting right!
I rated White Castle a 1 due to the food being both undercooked and overcooked, rendering it inedible and ultimately discarded. The quality did not justify the cost, leaving me extremely disappointed. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
I'm not from around the location but I frequent this area from time to time. The service is always great, food is fresh, no wait and always correct. One of the better White Castles I've been too. Whatever they are doing at this location should be rewarded and replicated to other locations.
The food was better than I was expecting it to be for 2am. It wasn't perfect but it wasn't terrible. These days with restaurants, that's a win! Although 4 double cheeseburgers and a medium drink $14, really?? Ridiculous!
Love the White Castle cheeseburgers!! Came with my autistic son to have a few for dinner. We ate inside. Was very clean and nicely decorated for Halloween.
I’ve came to this location a couple of times and I see why I usually don’t like to come it don’t be the staff it’s always the food I HATE when my sandwich is soggy ????
I give some restaurants breaks but this location seems to drop the ball too often. I haven't come to White Castle in several months and my order wasn't correct. My order was simple, 2 plain double cheese burgers and a small order of fries. I received 2 cheese burgers with everything and fries.
