Best White Castle we've been to in years. Who doesn't like a hot, fresh White Castle burger? This place has them. Far better than other locations.
The staff is pleasant, professional, and efficient. Food is always perfect.
The store is way too small, including their parking lot.
If the lot and building were bigger, it would have been 5 stars.
I was promptly greeted when I got to the drive-thru speaker. The lady was kind and efficient in all areas taking, repeating and executing my order. Keeping a smile on her face the whole time!

Bad attitude from the employee. We were stuck in he drive thru line for 30 plus minutes. I was trapped in line and could not het out of line. Vary slow!
When I received my meal. I noticed right away something was not right. I ordered a #1 with cheese. So that 4 sliders. And my partner ordered a chicken waffle. I looked in the bag and seen three boxes. I asked the lady to repeat what's in a #1 and she stated that I did not order that. I know what I ordered, my partner for a change listened to me and heard me order that. This employee insisted I did not order that. So to keep from escalating the issue, I just kept the order.
Next, I asked my partner for the fries. I wanted them before they get cold. Everyone knows these fries are not that good cold. WELL NOT ONLY WERE THEY COLD, THEY WERE NOT EVEN FINISHED BEING COOKED!
NEVER EVER WILL I GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. I WOULD SUGGEST EVERYONE ELSE DO THE SAME. Now if you like cold fries and a grab bag meal. Well this is the place for you.
This location blew it with me. I ordered several 1921 Sliders but when I got home, there were no patties, just the paper thin flat square meat with lettuce and tomato. That is theft. I've enjoyed many of the 1921 sliders in the past and this place ripped me off big time. Next time you order a 1921 Slider watch them make it or at least check before you leave to make sure they actually use a patty on your slider!
On 28 SEPT 2024 at 5:00pm I was denied service in the drive thru. I was promptly informed that my order would not be taken and I needed to leave. Pissed me off quite frankly because I was craving them and didn't feel like traveling to a grocery store for the frozen ones.
Stopped today on our way to the children's museum in Indy. I would like to say CUSTOMER SERVICE was GREAT!The food however, not so much. Ordered a 30pk, 4 with cheese and pickle only, 4 absolutely plain. EVERYTHING IN THAT BOX HAD ONION ALL OVER IT WHICH LED TO ONION ON EVERYTHING ELSE! we all ate 1 and put the in the back of the truck. Once home I took each one out and "dusted" the onion off the best I could! Good grief. I truly believe whoever cooked our order dumped the ENTIRE bowl of onion on them! The pictures do NO justice. There is onion EVERYWHERE! As a family, I don't think we will stop there again particularly for this reason.
Omg! I've never seen a store so nasty as the White Castle in Bloomington, Indiana you walk in and the floor hasn't been mopped and cleaner for so long that you just slide across the floor you go in the bathroom. There's Pete all over the floor. You can see that it's not been cleaned in a very long time. This place is disgusting. Somebody needs to get up off the bottom and start doing some cleaning. This is ridiculous The main problem with this restaurant is they don't have enough employees. They give them two employees to do a four to six-person job. It's ridiculous you're making bank off of Bloomington hire the employees that can help the other employees clean up and do more than just cook. You're cleaning us. Your restaurant is what brings people in. It's sad and disgusting that this restaurant is brand new. Hasn't been here that many years and it looks the way it does
Food was fresh. Took them a few minutes to get the order to us, but can't complain because they had a pickup order come through right before I ordered for over 100 sliders. So they were really quick considering. They were very busy but staff was busting hard to get thongs done and also seemed to have good attitudes.
