Mine always takes a while because Its the impossible burger for me, they had great customer service and it was a pleasant transaction.
I always visit this location (Crystal City / Festus) late at night around midnight. Some White Castle locations are better than other, and this is among the good ones. The food is the same, but the cleanliness and service varies greatly. This location is pretty good. Service is fast and accurate, and the night crew are friendly enough. Cleanliness isn't impeccable, but not too bad by fast-food standards (a low bar, I know).
Needed to change order. Cashier was fine with it, but Manager thru order down and said that is what I ordered and I would have to pull forward and wait very rude. What customer service....
Manager said she had already ready made them it was only two sandwiches. I had apologized for ordering them wrong bit she didn't care. Maybe she is in the wrong position.
First time ever at a White Castle. Guess what? You need to try it out. It is very good. The sliders are amazing. We even tried the 1921 slider that was also amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the restaurant is clean as well as the restrooms. We will definitely be coming back for more! Love it! Too all the staff at the White Castle in Festus Missouri, Keep up the great work you all do! You all made our day!
I was actually a bit disappointed in this White Castle. The food had sat around & was really not the best quality. The buns had actually kind of turned mushy from the grease of the burger sitting in it for so long & the fries were cold & soggy. The service was prompt but the food was not very good.
Lady at the window renee was very rude we had a code for the castle she just had to punch in she wouldnt and we paid for are food and she like do u want ur food or not after we paid for it… on top of that i got sick after eating food took to while it sat there bc of her managment by far needs to have a talk or something woth her by far should u ever talk to anyone like she done her name was renee at 1st window taken orders
This White Castle has a huge parking lot so there's always parking. 2 drive-thru lanes so it goes pretty quick. My food was correct and fresh. Friendly staff.
The service was great, and they were pretty quick about getting my order out to me. All the food seemed hot and fresh, but the top buns on the burgers were kind of dry. Overall I'd return again.
