BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Display scams you out of your money! Be careful to check your receipt because this place is charging you more than what the combo price list on the menu so that they can take your money you're better off Not letting them take your money and charge you incorrectly
Slow and untrained workers. You shouldn't have to wait in the drive thru 30 minutes. They need to hire the old school lunch ladies like in the 80s to work here.
I walked in on Nov 3, 2024 and was greeted by an immature girl that did not want to do her job. Everyone was trying to hide. I guess you want the money, but not the work. And this is not the first time I walked in and was greeted this way. They need to find new employees that want to work and stop hiring their lazy relatives.
Place is drive thru only. First time having these freshly made and it is a world of difference. There is no warmed over flavour problem as with the frozen ones you buy in the store. The beef flavor really comes through and the pickle does help out.
You can easily eat at least four of them.
Don't get the fries, crispy but otherwise unremarkable.
Horrible experience!!! If you are a 24 hour establishment but can’t accommodate for both in store and DRIVE THRU then you should close IN STORE. I should not have to wait 25 plus minutes to order food and then wait an additional 30 minutes to receive my food. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! This location needs better structure. I 100% believe corporate need to come here and help resolve these issues because clearly management is failing. This business is a bad representation on the Bronzeville neighborhood!!
I ordered two double cheeseburgers with pickles, mustard, and no onion. Simple stuff the wait time wasn't bad, but I'm glad I checked there was onion.
HORRIBLE. This is the worst White Castle in Illinois. It’s sad. I have TWO degrees. It’s a shame that I cannot come into my neighborhood and order food to go. I’ve been in the line for takeout for over 25 minutes. Then the employee in the back says that her manager instructed them to not take any orders. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I am not a regular citizen. I’ll be contacting your alderman and the mayor.
Yes it is fast food, but not with the low quality care as the others. My first time experience at one these gems (I’m from Miami) and it did not disappoint!
You have to try what ever burger and fries with the off menu item “the animal” and thank me later.
