I recently stopped by store 52 and Demarco Bradford provided us with incredible customer service! I've worked in the service industry for many years and good service is rare these days. Just wanted to share my appreciation.
This has always been my favorite White Castle.
On 7/19 at 139pm I ordered food from the drive thru, register 2 and the young man at the window was so nice and helpful,when I was leaving he even told me drive safely.
I wish I got his name.
The food at this location is always good and hot,plus orders are accurate.
Very rude store associate today. Went in for my order pick up at about 9pm today.first person I met took my order so was waiting to pick up. Few minutes of waiting a different associate wearing black shirt came out of nowhere and told me to go out and use drive through.. felt very bad and don’t intend visiting this store anymore.as you can see there was no sign whatsoever saying you can’t come in for a pick up .
Just got off a two hour bus ride and this was the nearest place so I got a slider for only $2, service felt very welcoming and definitely made my day better :,). I ordered the bacon cheese slider and it was both warm and crispy!
This has to be the worst run and worst employee White Castle,.whether drive thru or in the store. Two employees were talking openly while four people.were in line saying how much they hate working here, hiw they screw up orders in purpose, for laughs, and how they eat more food than they make...this is SLOW FOOD at its worst. Slower than ANY other White Castle, and I have White Castle 3 times a week.
Went in at 5 AM for a quick bite after work and the man working alone freakin nailed it. Everything was fresh and tasty, worth the small wait.
Open late. Sliders sound good sometimes. Chicken with pickle is great and onion rings are great. Don't like the fries not a fan. This place takes forever to get an order out.
I work late and this place is a life saver on the way home, order is always correct, whoever is working has always been professional.
