Been sitting in drive thru for over 17 minutes and both lanes are just sitting at the speaker even after the lane cleared out
This new automated drive through is nuts! Who ever thought this was a good idea! The thing didn't even know what we were ordering. It froze and didn't give us the option to talk to a real person. Went in to order and manager was very rude! We will never be back.
Always friendly and helpful. Fully staffed, and they keep the place clean. The food is always fresh. The place is peaceful to visit and the music is good. Thank you. The little older lady is an outstanding leader, and her staff seem to like her and listen to her. Nowadays, that's a gold mind.
Place was busy, took a minute to get order in. Service was Friendly. Food was ready fairly quickly.
Tried the smoked cheddar cheeseburger - good. Also tried the jalapeño cheese slider - liked this one better, buns were good on both, meat and onion worked well together.
First time trying a freshly made slider, way better than the frozen microwaveable ones.
Rude drive-thru attendant handed me a shake with the shake spilling down the outside. When I asked for napkins to clean the cup off, she exhaled loudly and grabbed some. I cleaned off the cup and handed her the napkins with shake on it and she said " I can't take that back" and walked off without handing me the rest of the order. When I went inside to get my food the "manager " I guess...I explained what happened and she said we try our best.
Well, after waiting over 10 minutes in line I thought they must be short-staffed but no...there were at least 6 employees. One was outside smoking next to the order menu board.
No excuse for slow service, snotty attendants, and sloppy drink cups.
I waited in line for 15 minutes just to cold fries. Of course I was on my lunch break, so I had no time to turn around. I definitely won’t be going back. This isn’t the first second third time.
10/18/2024 3:21pm. Guy at the window gave great service. Saved me money by offering me a deal on ten cheeseburgers when I was just gonna buy seven.
We only briefly stopped by to buy their cheeseburgers since we're coming from out of town. The place wasn't busy when we got there so no lines at the drive thru (it was not yet 11am on a weekday). Placing our order was very quick and the service was fairly prompt. We waited about over a minute for our food to be ready. Upon retrieval, the cheeseburgers were nice and hot. Quality is average but at least it's consistent!
