Great Location and best staff around town. Keke and her crew took such awesome care of us when we stopped in for a 9 pm late dinner on a Wednesday night. Keke made sure she got the order right and the team prepared quickly and accurately. The location was very clean and perfect for enjoying the hot tasty meal we received. Thank you!!!
The food was freshly prepared. We came at a non busy time so it was quick, fresh, hot and no mistakes were made. Since we don’t have White Castle where I live it this a fast food travel stop every-time
Food tastes fine, but nothing is accurate anymore, the employees don't pay attention to what they're doing (charged me for someone else's order), and the whole staff was visibly high. The food itself tastes fine, but if they can't get it accurate to what was ordered then what's the point. They also constantly forget items.
Great location and it’s one of the originals too. Good food it was all made fresh, I didn’t mind the wait. I regularly use coupons and the app. I like the $7.99 price on sliders. Great experience here!
That was probably the best trip to White Castle I've ever had. I was in and out, my order was correct, and the food was hot and really goog. The drive through staff was super friendly. 10/10
The food was good except the manager forgot to put the cheese fries in the bag. We came back through the drive through and the manager was argumentative and had an attitude about it. I genuinely did not get the cheese fries that I ordered and don’t appreciate the false accusation. I’ve worked in fast food and I know how people can be, but this is some of the worst service I’ve seen from a fast food manager.
Usually I would give 5 stars but this morning it took a very long time in the drive thru.
Went there Monday night about 11pm sat there forever waiting, the girl on the speaker told us they could only take cash orders and couldn’t get our order right then the black girl who took our money… the order was $27.00 I gave her $40.00 and I discovered later she only gave me back three dollars… and the order was wrong… they pay these idiots $15.00 an hour for this? What a joke ????
