Late night munchies & the castle did not disappoint... and to think I was headed to Hardee's (but my 1st mind won). The food was super fresh & hit the spot something serious. Staff was very friendly & helpful with my sauce selection. I didn't take pictures but I enjoyed everything I got... 2 sliders with cheese, no pickle, 9 piece chicken ring, chicken slider, fish slider, & onion chips. Complimented by honey mustard, mayo & ketchup ????
Ordered food from Doordash, it only took around 20 minutes to arrive. I ordered my sliders with no onion or pickle. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves, but they were nasty.
Staff here are amazing. Super friendly. Food is always hot & fresh. We usually visit late at night so there's typically a long line with a bit of a wait, but definitely worth it.
First time when I went I experienced great customer service. Food was great. Update to today one month later. Horrible customer service and food was awful. Definitely won't be back, they are not consistent. (Pictures are from first visit)
Ai ordering could not take my order of number 12 with one bacon and one sausage slider. It tried to give me 2 number 12 orders. And what's with giving permission for using my voice for who knows what. Ai has done what my wife couldn't do and that is getting me not eat at white castle . Bye bye sliders .
Ordered 2 fish with cheese and a small sprite. Got to window and the Lady ask me if I ordered 2 Cheese burgers, I replied no ma'am, I ordered 2 fish with cheese and a sprite . I give my coupon with fish or chicken on the coupon and I paid my money got my food and took off. Go to where I eat lunch and I had 2 Cheese burgers. So I drove back to White Castle in Avon, went inside, explaining what the problem was, the Lady from the the window came over and started telling how wrong I was and that I ordered cheese Burgers, regardless that my receipt said chicken/ fish. So you can keep the money and the ignorant employees. I will Never visit Avon White Castle again.
I ordered shrimp Nib. Almost spent $10 but worst experience of my fast food. Oil looks dirty and old. Few old French fries pieces were inside with other residue. Some taste burned and some like raw. It looks like it was cooked straight from freezer instead of defrost. I wouldn’t come back again any of White Castle. If I ate few more time: it will give me heart disease.
So there is an app on your phone when you download White Castle. The problem is the app says you can say $5 on your $7.99, but when I was in line you could not get your discount so the lady there gave me a $2 discount I think I don't know it was supposed to be $2.99 and my bill was $14.99, because we had two soft drinks, very disappointed working on a budget here the whole point was to use that coupon to save money ????, so I left a bad taste in your mouth, embarrassing didn't get what we was promised
