Coupon Scam and Terrible Service
This place scammed me out of $3 and wasted almost 20 minutes of my time. On top of that, I was given an undercooked waffle and two incorrect sandwiches. They also overcharged me, with an unexplained $3 fee added to my total.
At the second window, after I had already been waiting for 5 minutes, the employee asked for my card, claiming they needed to “cash out” my order. She never told me my total and then disappeared with my card for another 5 minutes, leaving me worried she might have been copying my card information.
Going here in the middle of the night is not a good idea. The server you'll be met with is somone who cuts your order off midway through by saying "pull around". No price until you get to the window. Clearly server was exhausted. As a retail worker, if I were to do that to a customer, best case scenario would be a write-up and worst case would be termination.
They are not doing right at all, trying to poison their customers, because they're too busy to fully cook the burgers. Yall be warned ...Check your burgers,they are intentionally serving under cooked beef , out of a 30 case 17 where so pink and cold raw they were highly under cocked , being busy is no excuse. To purposely harm your customers. With undercooked cold pink raw meat This is highly unacceptable. we had to throw 17 out and of 30 out, are you all trying hard to get people sick ???? ????????????. The health board will be involved in this one. Shameful and despicable
40 is okay I think if they are able to improve their customer service just by giving them a smile and Hi how are you I think they could do way much better but definitely including the manager she needs a better customer service if they cannot improve the manager restaurants not going to do well

I grew up eating at White Castle
But this one is the worst in the area . For over 7 years I ate there and had many bad experiences
I Boycotted eating there for a while because of lack of Coca Cola, rude service and etc
After not visiting this area
I gave them a chance I was sorry
No cokes today again and they were rude about it. I require a coke with my meal and they can’t deliver on the simplest item
I will take my business elsewhere
Sorry small company take note and get some customer service
Just bad service constantly for over 7 years
I wanted to eat here weekly so much that I constantly went back and endured the rude service and just bad management

Packed a lot into one bag but apparently she missed a 3rd of the order. I normally check but it was too much and there were other cars waiting.
If you are the only person working in the building , shut it down until you are fully staffed. Wasting people's time in line up to 45 mins!
So slow. I find it difficult to believe that with being the only car here in the drive thru that we waited so long. Good was hot at least.
