The cheeseburger is there a really good onion rings are really good the regular slide is a good but they should update their hours it says 24 hours but they're not they say they're open at 2:00 a.m. but they're not they should update their true hours on the internet
After all these years White Castles remains unmatched in satisfying the late night food cravings. Although food was hot and fresh, the wait time was ridiculously long. This location definitely needs more staff, especially in the evening.
I'm not sure if this is a negative or positive review so I'll remain neutral. One day I placed an order and before my order was completed, the cashier requested my phone number for benefits I already receive through the app. I was informed that I would receive benefits the app doesn't provide but it does not. My phone number isn't even on my profile in the app. At this point, I don't know why my phone number was even requested because it served no purpose. I PRAY no scamming is involved because I really like this location.
Have not been here in a while and decided to go. The food was great. What i had anyway. Can get a little pricey if your treating a family. I will be returning. I remember when white castles use to be the go to place. Maybe they need to advertise more or they might go extinct.
Disappointed at the service at this Spingfield Blvd White Castle.They were rambling over my order without gloves taking sandwiches out the bag and swapping them as if they were the wrong sandwiches. They were not organized.They need to be trained on how to prepare the order like McDonald's they have a system..first get the drinks etc..if they have to tell the order out like they do in a kitchen do so. No one seemed to be in charge as far a getting the orders out in a timely fashion. They didnt know how to read my order from from the app. They gave me a sandwich I didn't order and didn't give me the condiments I ordered as my food looked very sloppy..just very disappointed as I love White Castles and I've personally been going to this particular one since a child with my grandmother. Another time I went they waited till I got to the register through the drive-thru to tell me there wasn't enough sweet tea for the gallon I ordered and already paid for as the asked me to substitute for a small cup of drink of my choice, which wasn't enough to fill that gallon...smh...there just not organized ...redo the training there ...and there not welcoming I love a smile with my meal.and please hold I'll be right with...thank you come again..the attitude shows in the service and food ...do I need to come and supervise these worker on great customer service and organization in a kitchen????
Love my castle don't have the on south Jersey anymore travel far to get it will always be on of my childhood favorites
Poor quality food and extremely over priced for what you get.... Very slow service and not attentive to accuracy.
More of a bucket list/novelty experience. Would not go back. Still love Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle
