Update: We are back again!!! This place Rocks! I had to show how big and wonderful these Pancakes are. I was smart this time and only got a single. I still couldn't finish it all, but it was soooo worth getting....????
This was our first time here. If I could give this place twenty stars I would. We had to wait outside for maybe fifteen minutes, we got in and I had hot chocolate which was delightful. Then we ordered, the food came out the portions were so big and it smelled so good. It smelled like a home cooked breakfast meal like when I was a little girl and my granny would make this gigantic breakfast spread and your nose is just going crazy with the most delicious smells. Just imagine the best breakfast smells. Then I take a bite my taste buds were going crazy it was the best breakfast I’ve ever had in my entire life, I’m not even joking. It was so good. This is my new breakfast spot for the rest of my life. My husband and daughter loved theirs too!, you know when you eat something so delicious and you’re so completely full and you just keep eating because it’s so good?, it was exactly like that. I was so full, so stuffed and so sleepy afterwards. The waitress was so sweet too. Everyone was. It is family owned and operated. Make sure you go there hungry. Ohhh and the pancake tasted like cake!!!, I’ve never tasted anything like that it must be someone’s great grandmas secret recipe was shocked eating it like whatttt?!!!! That pancake was the best pancake I’ve ever had. I’ll see yall next weekend. I’m a brand new regular from here out!!!
First time trying this place and we will NEVER go anywhere else for breakfast ever again. The food was amazing, the coffee excellent, and the service was awesome. Their pancakes tasted like cake!!! Do not sleep on this place!
Omg the Bourbon wings I had here was hands down the best wing I’ve had. I’ve had a bunch of wings too… they were also huge! My wife and daughters were great also!!!

This is a really cute place. It has taken over multiple drug stores that sat in that location since the early 1900s. Service is too notch. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The food on the other hand… is very bland. There’s no seasoning. Everything seems to be frozen or from a bag. It honestly tasted like I was back in high school eating at the cafeteria.
I go here with my family once a year when visiting. I have to say that 2 years ago I would have given a 5 star review. The food and service have significantly declined. I see the the pictures of the same food I ordered in the other reviews from a year or 2 years ago, and that's certainly not what I got today when I ordered the same order. Servers use to check in on us to see how the food was and if we needed anything. I had to go and find jelly for my toast and on top of that they didn't get the order correct and when we mentioned that they missed an side item they made no attempt to expedite the side order of bacon so we had to cancel it. Not sure if there is different management or a cook. I'm disappointed that I don't think we're going to be back as this was my favorite place to go when I would visit once a year.
We went for lunch around 12:30 on Saturday. We both had the chicken fried steak, and it had to be one of the best ones I have eaten in a long time. Everyone working was extremely friendly and lovely! The okra & green beans were delicious, too!!
