Once and done. Service on the floor was non existent and food quality not the fresh food I hoped for. Salad was on par with a low level chain restaurant. Service was horrendous. 20 minutes to get acknowledged and have the order taken. No refills on the water since upon food arriving, the server disappeared and never returned. Seen customers just leaving cash on the table and leaving hoping it would cover the bill. And for me, I just handed the server cash when I seen her and asked her to take what she needed to cover the check. Server never to be seen again. No change ever arrived. She clearly needed the huge tip more than I needed my change back. And my time was up so I could not remedy the situation. Won't be returning after such an experience. And a shame too since food options are limited for frequent flyers at this airport. And this experience made the food options even less for this frequent flyer.
I was traveling solo and had a 4 hour layover in Charlotte I sat at a table with 2 ladies who had their bags stacked on all of nearby chairs except one. After the ladies left I pulled a chair over to my side out of the way and put my luggage and feet up on the chair. MY shoes stayed on my luggage not in their wooden chair. Keeping a total of 4 seats totally open
A server came over and told me I couldn’t use the extra seat, I was sitting at a community table. Notice it wasn’t a community table when I sat down and there were empty seats at the bar and plenty of empty tables thru out the restaurant.
I explained I had cancer and the medicine I was taking caused my feet to swell…and if someone came by I would move them at which point the gentleman moved the chair as the other waitress said move her bag also…

pretty cool restaurant to find in an airport. pulled pork sandwich was awesome. the BBQ spice fries were pretty boring
The food was not well-prepared and we sent two things back to be remade because a burger and fries came out cold. Unacceptable! This place is a mess and has been severely neglected regarding cleanliness. I can only imaging what the kitchen looks like based on how the dining area looks. They have a stage but no band on it so what a waste of space. We should have left as soon as we saw the disgusting booth upholstery but it is what it is. We were hoping to watch some of the NFL games on the TV’s but where we were sitting one TV was about 35 minutes behind on streaming and the other “big screen” was nonexistent. Dale Jr should be embarrassed with having name associated with this dump.
Stopped here for breakfast. The service was fast and efficient. My omelet was great, but my wife wasn't too impressed with the French toast. It was too thin, and dryer than it should have been. We will stop here again while waiting for flight's because the rest of the menu looks pretty good.
This is my favorite Charlotte Airport restaurant, great atmosphere, lively bar and even live music. I can recommend the burger, which is actually 2 smashed burgers, with tots - a ton of food and cooked as ordered. Great bar staff, too????????
I stopped here for lunch on a layover. I had a plate of chicken tenders with a side of coleslaw. The server brought me the wrong sauce, but it didn't hurt the meal as it still tasted pretty good. There was even live entertainment with a singer on stage. I will likely visit this place again in the future.
Food is pretty decent. Located at E10, it can get a bit busy and lines form, but they were still pretty quick with service. There was some live music while we were there as well.
