I had a great time. This was my 2nd time coming here this week. Brisket was amazing so was the elote dip. I also enjoyed the local beer and there Mezcal. I would love if they added more Mezcal options. The staff was great, Carole our host was super helpful and made great recommendations. The bartender were great and knowledgeable. I'll be back!!
This was a gem of a find! Finding restaurants that are allergy-aware and/or celiac-friendly is always difficult, especially in small towns. Often even when you find somewhere to eat, options are limited. But this amazing team takes it to the next level. Not only does the menu tell you which dishes you *can't have* (i.e., are not gluten-free), they also have an allergy menu with more than 20 different common allergens, to assist the staff in advising you on the various dishes!
As an added bonus the food was delicious, portions were significant without being ridiculously large, and prices were reasonable. The patios are dog-friendly for those wanting to bring their pup, and there were options for the littles too.
Definitely going back if I am ever in this area again.
Started with some great cocktails and sharing the chips and queso. The chips were really great and the queso was good as well. Then we shared a half rack of ribs which were amazingggg, the meat just fell right off the bones. Also got a Mac n cheese bowl w the bbq brisket which was to die for! The cornbread was also perfect. Our server Bill was a blast too!
Best barbecue in Colorado easily! We had the brisket and burnt ends plate and were so pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The Mac and cheese and the creamed corn were also amazing .. and to top it off, they have a patio with an incredible view.
Look, I am from Texas and we have some ridiculously good BBQ. Hutchins, Franklins in Austin, Pecan Lodge etc. So maybe some of my fellow Texans would snarl at this review but I came to this place because my youngest had to use the bathroom. I would NEVER touch BBQ here. But it smelled ok and the kids were hungry. I expected very low bar food. But I must say the smoke was good, rub was good, deviled eggs were good, the sides including coleslaw were good (something Texas joints struggle with honestly). Service was great. If you are in Breckenridge and have a need for BBQ, it is truly worth it. Oh and the turkey was wonderful. Good accidental find.
Really good BBQ from this AL boy’s perspective. We had the pulled pork. It’s a bit wet served with water pooling in the dish. However, flavor is excellent. Corn bread is a bit too cakey. Would recommend adding jalapeno and corn niblets and bake in an iron skillet to crisp the outside.
Servers did a really nice job. Anna was friendly and prompt.
Atmosphere gets a low rating for the head banger heavy metal played loudly during dinner hour???
One of the best places to eat and have a drink at Breckenridge! The staff was friendly and down to earth. Good vibe! Definitely try the slice moist brisket, it will literally melt in your mouth. The smash burger is also a smash hit ????
Very beautiful location. Pretty good barbecue sauce, the brisket is a bit dry though.
