I had a very enjoyable experience here on a busy evening. The bartender was very attentive and provided excellent service. Overall, it was a positive and memorable experience. I highly recommend this establishment as a place to visit.
Wanted to like this place. The band was good. They were cool. Until the bartenders switched. They asked for my credit card and my ID to keep behind the bar. No. This isn't fascist Germany. You don't need to hold my ID. I'm 43 years old I've been to many many bars, none of which have tried to hold my personal pieces.
My buddy came into town from Northern California and wanted to return to Whiskey Girl again to watch on one of the many TV screens available some MLB baseball and NFL football at the same time and it was great. It has a great decor many TV screens to enjoy many different games and different sports. We got there for happy hour and had many tasty options we picked two of those and ordered some entrees and some cold drinks the food was tasty and delicious service was very good and the music was sounding good and great songs played while we were there so it was a great experience coming back! Will return soon it was good time for us this time
What a fun vibe! I’d go back a hundred times. The drinks are cheap, the music is popping, the dancers are fun. It’s crazy to see such a turnout during their Wednesday line Dancing nights but after having experienced it myself, I totally get it. Put your boots and cowboy hat on and get ready to shake your tail feather. 10/10 would recommend!
We stopped in here because Chris Stapleton took over San Diego with Cowboy hats and left us with 2 hour waits all over the restaurant scene, so we settled for a 15 minute wait at Whiskey Girl. I used to come here when I was a youngster for drinks but never the food, but I'm glad I tried food this time. The drinks and the food were amazing. I would definitely recommend this place.
Service was good, but all three of our meals had meat ( steak, chicken, etc) and it was all extremely greasy and unpleasant to eat. The grease they used to cook the meat in literally tasted like it was either reused or came directly out of their fryer. The spinach salad was good. I regret adding the greasy "steak" in it.
Looks quite nice actually. Would love to go simply for the time with my children. They are both grown now and we were not quite able to get inside only because of my ending up admitted to the hospital.
My kids are coming back out mid January and hopefully we'll make it inside. Exciting.
Great vibes for a night out! A group of 6 girls came in for a bachelorette party and our bachelorette was immediately brought a boa and a crown. The staff also announced her name over the speakers. Our server was very attentive and so kind throughout the night. Every staff member we encountered was extremely kind and respectful. The drinks were great! All in all a wonderful and fun place to spend a night out.
