We came last night and enjoyed our evening…tonight was a WILDLY different experience. Service was bad, waiting about 15 mins to order a drink at a slow point of the evening. I ordered an old fashion and my significant other ordered a Buffalo trace. On the menu the Buffalo trace was $17 and the old fashion with makers mark was $21. The server asked if we had an ice preference either on the rocks or with a big cube. We both chose a big cube and asked for a water each. When the bill came we were astonished that it was $60.69. We were up charged for the ice sphere $3 and the Buffalo trace was $21, being $4 more than the regular menu price. Now this would have been one thing but then we were charged $11 for two small casino waters!!! Not once did the waitress state these were at a charge and it wasn’t listed on the menu anywhere. To pay $30+ a person for two drinks is outrageous when the bill should have been significantly cheaper. Will not be returning. Picture for water size at $5.50 each.

I walked in feeling happy and in a good mood. After trying to order a drink from a bartender named Karina, my mood quickly changed to frustrated and disappointed. I greeted her and she said something snarky to which I took as a joke and laughed. Apparently, she wasn't joking. After I order a drink from her she started slamming different things around such as throwing empty bottles in the collection bin with extra force to intentionally break them. After her aggressive episode she just stood there behind the bar not doing anything. She never communicated that she didn't want to make the drink I ordered. I didnt take it personally because her problems are her own, but I just wrote this review to warn other people about her. She wears dark framed eye glasses and looks to be about late thirties. Stay away from her if you don't want to deal with a bad attitude for no reason. The other bartenders seemed like decent people. However, I can't expect much from this establishment if they are willing to keep people like Karina employed.
This was the worst cocktail I've had at a bar on the strip. The place has a nice vibe, but the cocktail was messily made, out of balance, and the pour was only 0.75 for the main shot. For a $21 cocktail you expect that to be a top notch cocktail, not one that is weak and tastes poor. The cocktails in the airport lounge were much, much better.
A whisky bar with a classic feel and an excellent selection of liquors and cocktails. You can get a good cigar too, but selection is limited. We liked that it didn’t seem too smoky and was clean and comfortable.
I went there with my husband on May 30, 2024 and had a wonderful time. But then on October 4, 2024, I was charged again on my credit card. When I called to inquire about the charges I was directed to 3 different people. The last person was a bartender who was extremely rude and hanged up on me when I asked to speak with someone about the charges. I was polite to him and he was extremely rude. 0 star
Walked in and sat down. Nobody offered us any service for the 50 minutes we hung out in the lounge area. A nasty server came over and finally asked if we wanted anything to drink. We were about to see a show so it was too late at that point. She then said they were full and needed my wife and I to vacate.
There were numerous empty seats and tables. They weren't full and they weren't busy. She even mentioned that it was a lounge but that we couldn't just sit and lounge there. I definitely won't go back to a place that forgot to offer service and then lied to get rid of us. I was going to go back after the show and order something, but not anymore.
Completely overcharged us for 3 drinks that should have been around $60 and ended up paying over $90. Be careful when paying here as the menu prices is not what you’re paying. Drinks and ambiance are ok, but charging guests crazy amounts is not acceptable.
