Everything about this restaurant is highly recommended. I was there late, and even then, the food was food was delicious. Well worth the price! Which is, dare I say is cheap for the quality. If need be, go out of your to eat here.
Ordered prime rib sandwiches med rare an they were well done. No one came to check on us. Tried to go to the bar for refills an got ignored. Hostess had a attitude. No one was friendly at all. Will not be back. Made it known on my way out service sucked. I had to find waitress an ask for our tab otherwise I was fixing to walk out. There were 4 of us an we drove from Mitchell. There was no tip left. Do better for others but we will NOT be back
I was seated as soon as I walked,
With in 5 minutes I had ordered food and drink. Great, got my food about 1 minute after my drink. Didn't even have time to take a drink before my food had shown up. Meat wasn't that great or warm, but I ate it without a complaining. I'm not complaining now, just giving my thoughts to this restaurant.
All and all... it's just okay
Friday night, two individuals in our party ordered 12 oz Prime Rib. What we received were pieces of Prime Rib about 3/8"-1/2" thick that would indicate about an 8 oz piece. It was tasty but very disappointing on the representation. Next time we will certainly request the appropriate portion.
We had a table of 7 and all ordered prime rib 6 of us had to send it back as it was cold and then when I got mine back it went from med rare to well done. The baked potatoes got sent back as they were hard and not cooked all the way. They didn’t offer a discount on any of it. The waitress didn’t come back to the table after we sent our food back until it was time to pay. Very disappointed
Decided to come here with my wife to eat out for our anniversary and expected a wonderful evening, however was surprised to find out that our evening was going to go completely different. The service we were offered was too tedious, and what we expected to be around 45 minutes to an hour turned into waiting for almost nearly an hour and a half!! The blonde server that we had never refilled our drinks until we asked for the third time, and when we ordered they did not have what we wanted from the menu so we had to settle for something less after scouring the menu for another option. Our evening was not up to subpar, and we decided not to come back, would not recommend!
Based on the reviews, I was expecting a good meal - the steak, salad, and bread were all excellent - Gabby in the bar was exceptional ! She is a great ambassador for your establishment, she’s way more than competent, very efficient, and offers top-notch customer service!
Kudos to Whiskey Creek management!
Stopped here on our way through and wasn't disappointed. My 4 year old loved the appetizer shrimp. I liked the BBQ pork and really liked the ribs. Hubby got the Philly cheese steak sandwich and said it was good. Service was great. Would recommend.
