This place hands down was great serving great atmosphere and amazing food. They have so much to choose from that it was very hard to figure out what I wanted. I have the red crab in poached eggs. If you don't have a pallet for seafood I wouldn't recommend it for you. However my wife had the chicken burger and it was amazing. We also had fried green tomatoes and wow amazing food. Even the fries were seasoned differently are cooked differently. Will definitely be back to try something else. Are waiter was on point and very polite and hope to choosing also. Don't forget about the brunch drinks we had the Mimosa flights.
This was my first time dining at Whiskey Cake Kitchen and Bar.
The service was fantastic! I’m grateful for how patient the waitress was with me. She suggested her top favorite brunch appetizers and they were great.
I didn’t get the opportunity to order an entree because I ordered nearly one of every small bite and was full towards the end. Thus, I regret now ordering the famous whiskey cake to go!! Next time
The environment was great. Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Eric was always attentive. The food was delicious I had the short rib hash and Brussel sprouts. Everything had good flavors.
Everything tasted great! We ordered the deviled eggs, tavern burger with mac n cheese, wagyu corn dog, and of course their famous whiskey cake. Will come back more often to try everything else!
Kiel, Ian and Ms Shelby took such amazing care of our needs, and were so knowledgeable of all the bourbons on hand that our journey was beyond compare!! If you want to learn more about your flavors and preferences without judgement/ this is the place to start!!!!

vivian was amazing in every way. she was very attentive and her bubbly personality made our visit very pleasant. she was extremely knowledgeable and kind when guiding us through the menu choices. i had the short rib hash which was delicious along with an espresso martini which was divine.

When the whiskey/bourbon/scotch list is longer than the food menu you know you’re in malty heaven. Came here for Sunday lunch with a party of seven without reservations. Big mistake as we waited for like 40 minutes. Lesson learned. Had a bohemian raspberry which was a great cocktail and an old fashioned. Since there was a party of seven, we shared a number of appetizers but I still went for a hamburger and fries. No whiskey cake for me.
It gets dark at night and the candles make me nervous. But it's a popular hang out spot and the sound levels are good. The waitstaff are VERY nice even if you need to request changes. The staff is attentive and kind and has a good sense of humor. The ice cream on the whiskey cake is delicious, the burgers are juicy and not overcooked. The fries are good, and if you don't like the seasoning you can ask and they'll leave it off for you. Overall, recommend checking the place out, but if you want to take pictures and stuff, better to go during daylight hours.
