Tried Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar. We really enjoyed it. The atmosphere, service and food was great. Huge liquor menu and non alcoholic drinks. Tried crab fritters, candid bacon (the jam was so good and bacon was tender). Kids enjoyed the kids meal and my wife got the Rotisserie Farm Bird and I got the smoked tri tip dip. The sandwich was delicious and loved the home made kettle chips. Didn’t do dessert but looked good. Would make the drive again from Leander. Tried it before going to Dell Diamond.
All I can really say is this place is really good. The service is good, the atmosphere is happening. The whiskey drinks are good, especially the flights. I went with the fondue burger tonight, and it was hearty, messy, and delicious. The black lentil shepherds pie was nice. We ended the night with the whiskey cake and it was absolutely delicious. And I don't even like cake!! This restaurant has a high-end feel to it, so the service and prices are good. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice night out with that special someone or friends, or if ya just want the cake!!
From start to finish, my first experience at Whiskey Cake was perfect. Cass was knowledgeable and helpful when exploring all the different menu options. She recommended the pork chop... medium rare, succulent, moist, and tender. Whiskey drinks were above average and the service was A+. Would definitely recommend to friends, family, and clients.
We went for breakfast at Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar. There were very few costumers at that time. The restaurant was clean. Service was prompt and friendly. There was a wide selection in the menu. We had Farmers Breakfast and Short Rib Hash. Both were delicious. Definitely worth checking out.

Today was our first time here at Whiskey Cake. The service was topnotch, and our server was very attentive and patient as we decided on our food. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was superb. From the deviled eggs to the duck wings to the shrimp and grits, it was all flavorful.
They have good collections of cocktails and beverages options. I was with my friends at this place and enjoyed the atmosphere, food and beverages. Service was very hospitable and offered lot of choices. One of us on that day not taking meat. So able to find vegetarian options and it was great. I forgot the dish name though ????
I found Whiskey Cake while just looking for places to have a nice Saturday Brunch because it's honestly hard to find! We made reservations online and I'm so glad we did because it was PACKED. After having brunch though, I understand the hype. We started with the mimosa, then had a few other things but the star of the show was the crazy good french toast. I have never seen such a thing of beauty. We started looking around and noticing everyone was having their signature whiskey cake... we knew we had to try some. It is like nothing I have ever had and a reason to go there itself. I will definitely be coming back for another meal soon!
