I brought a group here to bowl. It was a last minute decision and they could accommodate 12 of us.
They staff is young, but friendly. We got set up on a couple of lanes and had loads of problems. But, they handled it well. They tried to get the lanes fixed and when they couldn't, they moved us and restarted our time. Then, we were sent over a large pan of nachos. A sweet gesture of goodwill.
The alley itself doesn't appear to be oiled so if you are a bowler, use a house ball. Trust me. LOL Straight ball, or curve, its going in the gutter until you use the house ball.
There was no food/drink service our entire time, save for the free nachos, and some of my group was annoyed because they had to go to the bar, but, all in all we had a great time and the staff did their best to make good the situation.
I wouldn't join a bowling league here, but to come for a night out with friends, sure.
But I was wrong. I thought they had closed and I got a message saying they were, in fact, open, so I wanted to write a review right away so that people can check it out!!
WhirlyBall Entertainment Center is an absolute blast for the whole family! The games are incredibly fun and engaging, making it a perfect spot for all ages. Whether you're into WhirlyBall itself, laser tag, or any of the other activities, there's something for everyone.
The food is also fantastic – a great selection of delicious options that make for a satisfying meal after an exciting day of play. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a fun, family-friendly place with great food, WhirlyBall Entertainment Center is the place to be!
Haven't been able to fit whirlyball in our family budget until I got a Groupon for 10 players for an hour. So excited to have an activity or family could bond over that even the adult kids would have fun playing with younger siblings.
But we got there and they only had 9 bumper cars. I'm mom. I can't stand someone else having to sit in the sideline, so I did and just took pictures. Everyone else had fun at least, except the youngest who got hurt when his car rammed a floorboard and a teen who foot bumped hard from behind. (No shoulder strap seat belt, fyi.) Toward the end, another car went dead and amagnetic syripe on the floor went out too. Sigh.
But pretty upset when we had a reservation for 10 they didn't tell us they don't have enough equipment in running order for us all. Just leaving here feeling disappointed. They said sorry, but... how hard is it to tell us before we arrive the max players is 9?
Facility is clean.
Employees are kind. Nice referee for our game.
Early on a Saturday, not too crowded, though they do pay music at a fairly high level like most entertainment places would, so not quiet enough to hear my family from behind the glass where I watched them playing.
So I would recommend this as a fun activity for a multiple age group pleaser, but always verify if all their equipment is up and running before driving all the way out to them.
Great pricing and I love the retro feel of the place. It's humongous with lots of things to do. Only did bowling, but will be back for ping pong, bumper cars and definitely the bar too. My drink was awesome. Service was also great! Definitely recommend this place if you need a chill place to relax and have some fun with your favorite people.
Came to check out this place and bowl a bit. Was amazed by the service of all the staff, but Jason in particular stood out with his friendly demeanor and positive attitude. Give the guy a raise! Would highly recommend this place. One suggested change is to allow the employees to charge for ping pong by the half hour. A full hour is a bit too long if you want to do everything this place has to offer.
This is a really unique place and was so much fun! I had a great time. The only things I would say is that food isn’t great. It is okay. They did have some gluten free pizza! Some of the carts also needed to be bumped by other players often because they would die. My only real complaint is that we asked our waiter how we would know it was our turn (it was about five minutes past our start time) and the waiter said that we wouldn’t be penalized and a ref would come get us when they were ready. At about 12 after the ref got us and said it was our time. We were about to start about 7:15 and had it reserved for an hour. We played two games and at 7:47 our second game ended and the ref told us we were done. I told the ref, first off we have enough time to play a third game and we started late. He gave a little push back but set us up for another game and let us play until 8:03. In the end it wasn’t a big deal it just felt unprofessional. The game itself was a ton of fun.

Exciting and fun for everyone, our entire group enjoyed the time... Our group (about 15 of us) basically included 3 families...with the youngest being 9years old. We did 1 hr time slot... You have to do a 5-19min class on rules and what to do. Basically gave us 5 games... With each game being 10min long.
Service was great too. I'd give 5 stars but their food is so so.... Not bad... But not great. But you're really here for the fun.
Hostess at entertainment was awesome! Went down from there! Do not try buffalo chicken. It’s dark meat with mostly grit. Waitress was rude and could care less about waiting on us when we were one of two tables. Food was meh and service was bad. It was military night and he would only give it to my husband not me as well. I guess they have to make money somehow.
