Best WLM Reviews
I booked online, but had a lot of people cancel at the last minute because of the weather. They were kind enough to let us cancel an hour saving me a lot of money out of pocket. Everyone was super helpful and courteous. Claudia was the best ref too!
Wanted to give a shout out to Brittany for her wonderful service! My office had a work event and her service was AMAZING! Always a fun place to get together with friends and colleagues. Thanks Brittany for making our day amazing! The MMA Benefits Team!
WhirlyBall is an exciting blend of bumper cars and lacrosse and basketball. You and 5-9 of your closest friends can slam into each other using bumper cars while your try to chuck a wiffle ball off the backboard.
This complex serves bar food options as well as drinks. They have a few different indoor games as well as bags and bowling.
The food is decent, but nothing too exciting. The staff is a mixed bag with some excellent service as well as some that are more interested in their phone.
We booked this for a corporate event and we were thrilled with the flexibility and communication from the event manager.
Had a super fun time here! First time, went with a group of 15 people for a friends 30th birthday. Easy, quick instructions, the game was so much fun, we all took turns. Ate pizza, got a beer, and played for the price of $30. A great deal in my opinion. Would definitely come back
First time at Whirly Ball and it was an awesome family-friendly experience!! Bowling and laser tag were so fun. Service from the minute we arrived to the time we left was 10/10!! Robbie, Donovan, and our waiter were top-notch ????????
We went for a free night of neon Whirlyball, and we were impressed with how organized the staff made the experience. We really thought Robby did an excellent job making sure everyone had equal chances to play and kept this organized. We also had both Britney’s as our waitresses and they were very friendly and attentive.
I had a blast at WhirlyBall! We stopped in on a Monday night and it was laid back with only a couple of groups. The space is large with WhirlyBall courts, bowling lanes, other games, and bar area. This is such a great place for groups and people of all ages. We sat in the bar area for a little bit before heading into the whirlyball court. There was a brief safety talk and then we got playing. It was fun to get to know the game and win a couple! Excited to come back again!
I have been to WhirlyBall many times for office parties, birthday celebrations, and other events, and I’ve always enjoyed the experience. However, my most recent visit left me deeply disappointed due to what can only be described as bad business practices that, based on other reviews, seem to be a growing and concerning trend.
When I went to settle my bill, I noticed that my American Express card had already been charged for the service. When I inquired about this with the waitress, she insisted that American Express was mistaken and claimed I hadn’t been charged. She called the manager, who also denied the charge, stating my card was not on file. This was clearly incorrect since I had used the same card to pay for bowling earlier in the evening, and that charge had already gone through.
While I was attempting to resolve the issue, I noticed another charge on my account from a completely different restaurant in another state. It became evident that my card had been cloned and was being used fraudulently. After significant back-and-forth, a refund was issued—but, shockingly, it came from another restaurant, not WhirlyBall.
What’s most alarming is the lack of accountability or even an simple acolegment of the issue. There were no explanations for how this could have happened, no assurance that they would investigate, and no acknowledgment of the seriousness of the situation. It’s clear that someone within the establishment is mishandling customers’ credit card information, and the denial and inaction only exacerbate the problem.
This experience was not just about the money—it was about the principle of running a trustworthy and ethical business. Unfortunately, WhirlyBall has failed miserably in this regard. I will never return, and I will certainly advise my friends, family, and colleagues to avoid hosting events here. A business that cannot safeguard its customers’ financial information or take responsibility when things go wrong has no place in the service industry.
