We waited 30 minutes for our meal and then had to cancel because by the time they got to ours, they ran out of everything that we ordered. Continued to take orders for things that they didn’t even have and making customers wait. We waited in store 30 minutes before finding out order needed to be canceled. Then 20 minutes later our soda cups were leaking! Also, which which change your model because having people lineup to fill out their papers and then lineup to pay is causing double the wait time thank you.
They provide bags with checklists so your order can't be wrong, yet they still seem to disappoint.
First attempt, they gave me a regular size when I ordered large. Second attempt on a Turkey Bacon Ranch they forgot the bacon (which you pay a premium for), and gave me white bread when I ordered wheat. Unfortunately for me, I'd already left and had to go to work.
Total waste of $20... oh yeah their prices are outrageous for what you get...
Need an upgrade on the bread! So many places overlook the bread and this place is no exception. Everything else was good, but bread brought it all down.
I am a Canadian ???????? My first time ever at the wich wich location. Never tried this place before. So many options but the associates were very welcoming, friendly and insighful. Gave me the best choice based on my type of food and showed me how every worked. He took his time and was patient with me until I figured it out. Amazing customer service from Charlie!
Again silverthorne. CO food establishments always fail. Ordered a sub it's mostly all bread compared to the toppings. I added extra stuff in the sub because there wasn't a button. They ignored everything I asked for and they did not put it on the sub and they left out packet of mayo as well..
It even has extras on the receipt.

So i just want to edit this review. I think new management took over and i did walk-in twice becsuse I am still hesitant about online order. But, it was one the best sandwiches I had almost up there with jimmy Johns. So go give them try.
Skip this one, there's plenty of good restaurants nearby.
If you're hoping for a cheap meal, you can get a cheaper burrito next door at chipotle (which is bigger) than a sandwich you get here
If you're hoping for quick service, pick somewhere else. It took them about 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches which wouldn't have been so bad if the food wasn't gross and soggy
The staff seemed indifferent towards the customers, working at a slow pace, stopping to have conversations with each other instead of making the food we were waiting on. Lastly, they needed to be reminded that we ordered a shake and fries.
Total for two sandwiches, a shake, and small fries was $37
I don't get up into the mountains much but when I go outside of my normal area I like to check out new places to eat. Today I chose which wich! The staff here was quick to answer questions for a first timer, very polite, and smiled at me like I was a welcomed guest. Adam took my money, had a huge smiled, even joked with me a little and added to my great experience. I chose the wicked wich on wheat with extra mayo and onion. The wich was ok, good flavor, little dry, but all around a good first experience. I just wish it had been Wednesday! Thanks for giving me a great first time experience I hope to be back again next time I am in the area!
Ordered Tuna, received turkey and bacon. The order is on a paper that very clearly says Tuna and is in front of their face the whole time. The kid working the register was very clearly stoned and could not function. Would obviously never come back here, I’d rather just get a stomach ache from the chipotle next door
