I ordered this through doordash and was very excited to try. My coworker and I ordered two sandwhiches. Both sandwhiches arrived and looked horrible. The meat AND bread were raw and undercooked. The sandwhiches were torn in several places and looked beaten. Will never eat here again, biting into raw bread and meat is not acceptable. Spent $45 on food we couldn’t even eat.
Waited 40 minutes to get a cold turkey and coleslaw sandwich, then when I asked to see if I could just cancel it, they said that there were two of us with the same name and they didn't realize my sandwich was a separate order, so turns it was sitting there for who knows how long waiting for hot sandwiches on a completely different order. Now, if I bought mine separately and had my own order number how would they not know what sandwiches belonged to what orders??? It was very obvious that the main person there working was very stressed, the obviously new employee had no idea how to do anything and just kinda stood around looking oblivious to how busy she was. I understand being busy, but in a customer facing job, you still need to interact with your customers in a friendly manner, which did not occur with me nor the other people who were ahead of me asking how much longer for their orders as well. Just poor service overall and not definitely not good enough to try again at a later time.
Very disappointed ordered two clubs which is supposed to come with bacon, mine did not. If that was the only problem that would be acceptable, but the sandwich was horrible. Ask for avocado which basically turned out to be a avocado spread that was a very dark green which means it's been left out overnight in the fridge. Could not tell if the wheat bread was just dry or was a little on the stale side. The kid making the sandwich was nice though.
I’ve had this Which Wich 2 other times and I will say my sandwich those two time have been amazing!! I came in tonight 11/30/23 and was upset with the lack of knowledge of how to make the sandwiches. I order one new sandwich and I obviously don’t know what comes on it and I typed in my special request but still got asked what comes on the sandwich. I know for a fact when I got home my Buffalo chicken had no meat on it at all just lettuce, Tomato, blue cheese, and barely any Buffalo (where was the meat) I’m not sure if the two were new? But very disappointed in the dryness of the sandwhich. Please get them some build cards it helps with efficiency ????
Used to be a go to spot for me but quality has really gone down hill. Random condiments were added to sandwiches that were not part of the order. Seems like the owner has also given up on talking to customers too.
We ate here yesterday. I was so excited as we don’t have one near us for the past several years. Turns out, it has seriously gone down in quality. The food was terrible. Bread was old and crumbly, and the bacon was bacon chunks not strips. Our family of 5 was not feeling great afterwards either. I would not recommend this place.
I saw that Which Wich had their egg salad back. I've been craving one. Gross. Bread was dry, egg was rubbery, sandwich couldn't be ate as a sandwich but eaten with a fork due to the bread. Lettuce was old. Won't ever be returning. It used to be good but not anymore.Money wasted. Lesson learn I guess.
We hadn’t had this in a while because all the ones around us closed. Sadly I understand why. Although the staff was on point, the food has fallen way short of how good it used to be. The Superior Sandwiches monicker under their name should be taken down as the food is just “ok” now. This will sadly be our last visit to a once awesome sandwich place.
