This location was really chill sandwiches were great full of flavor and fresh . The attendant was a young man with locs , he was so welcoming and patient as it was our first time . Customer service was superb !????????
Recently was in town on a business trip and never had the opportunity to come to Which Wich before but I’m glad I did. Coming in, the ordering seemed to be a bit confusing but the staff helped me out. Tons of options ranging from super meaty to a lot of lighter options, as well as build your own. The staff (Jermaine and Liz) were super friendly. Probably the best customer service I got during my trip. I noticed a lot of places in the area have workers that don’t care, and that simply was not the case here. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and thought this place was something special. Super clean, great music, and got my sandwich in a reasonable amount of time. It was toasted to perfection, made well, and wrapped nicely. Not too messy. Not much more you can ask from a restaurant/business. I wish I could rate a ten out of ten because I will definitely be raving about this brand and location in the future. Great job!!!
I loved the concept of grabbing a bag and filling out my choices for my sandwich, size, bread, toppings...can also have a bowlwich, wrap, or lettucewich...will have to try one of these when I return..everything was very fresh and the sandwich was very good...the establishment was very clean, and the service was excellent...
Visited for the first time. The ordering system is a little strange, filling out a bag or card with what you want just so a person can input it into a computer to ring you up. Then they use those bags/cards to make the sandwich, I guess so they don't have to ask the person like other sandwich chains. Service was slow. My friends got their food and after waiting over 20 minutes with multiple people who ordered after me getting their orders, I finally asked about mine. I was told "it's coming." I watched them pass my order back and forth like they didn't want to make it? It was straight from the menu, minus a couple items, so nothing difficult or extreme. After another 10 minutes or so I was told they didn't have avocado, at that point I asked for a refund. The sandwich was black bean and avocado. Suddenly, they have avocado it just needs to be blended. Maybe no one wanted to do that? Finally, after waiting 35-40 minutes, the sandwich is ready. It was made by the person who was originally taking orders not the original two making sandwiches, so passed to a 3rd person. Obviously I'm not thrilled at this point. Someone came up to the table and offered a choice of free drink, side, or sandwich with my next visit. I asked for a partial refund of this visit because I have no plans to visit again. Possibly a manager (not sure) agreed and gave me a full refund. 3☆ because they refunded and apologized. The sandwich was ok, not worth the wait! My friends thought theirs were also just ok. Also, there were no napkins? All these cardboard/paper products for ordering and you can't have napkins.
Highly recommend this sandwich Restaurant! Super cute and really a fun idea and experience than any other normal sandwich shop. I was immediately greeted and was helped quickly on a Saturday evening. The staff immediately asked if we have been there before and if we needed help ordering. They were more than happy to help us order and show us the ropes. The 5 meat Sandwhich was a huge hit for me, the which sauce was fantastic! The fries were fresh and also very delicious yet different than what I’ve ever had before! Place was clean and our food was made quickly without a wait. Staff was very kind and made this visit extremely pleasant! I will absolutely come back to this location again! Thank you!
Sandwiches are freshly made and a decent size. Their gimmick is you fill out the bag for your sandwich with what you want - you can choose fully custom or one of the specialty sandwiches. They also offer fries, cookies and chips and soft drinks or milkshakes. Fries are limp and not worth getting. Shakes are decent but it’s the sandwiches you want to get here. They are excellent although pricey. The down side is how very slow service is. Been here several times now and it takes a good 15-20 minutes to get food. Seating is functional. Bathrooms are frequently out of toilet paper (literally every time we’ve been here).
I was greeted upon arrival in by crew members. The atmosphere seemed to be very welcoming. I was assisted with placing my order by Tink. She was very friendly and helpful. Tink was very patient as she walked me through the process of ordering and even assisted me with filling out my sleeve for my sandwich. She was very knowledgeable in explaining everything to make my experience wonderful. I really enjoyed how well catered to I felt and the quality of the sandwich. Most definitely a 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!!! I ordered the wicked Wednesday specialI with no roast beef. I will be back visiting soon. Everything was very tasty and fresh made just the way it was requested.
First time coming to the shop at Premium Outlets. I got the steak and egg absolutely positively delicious! The two young ladies working very friendly and accommodating to my gluten free allergy (celiac). Jada and Tink really good hires great energy and vibes hire more people like them!!
