Very accommodating. I explained an uncommon food allergy and the staff worked on the sandwiches away from the allergen. Fantastic staff.
First time my fiancee and I ate here we got mild food poisoning and were eh about coming back. We gave it the Benefit of the doubt and sure it tasted great but yet again food poisoning only this time the food poisoning was much worse for my fiancee. At least the Staff was very polite.
I ordered a Wicked Wednesday sandwich online and when I picked it up, the female owner and another employee proceeded to give me a lecture on how I wasn't allowed to order this sandwich without any pork. I told her if she didn't like that I ordered the Wicked Wednesday sandwich without pork then she wouldn't get my business. They both proceeded to repeat themselves as if I were incompetent. I'm a regular and have ordered many times through the app and online, so I didn't appreciate the third degree, lecture, attitude or poor treatment.
Since customers are paying, they have every right to order the way they prefer, regardless of any of it's employee's personal beliefs or opinions.
This store is ran by a married, Indian couple, who frown upon customers with disdain and contempt, whenever they use reward points or order during special offers. THEY ALSO PRIDE THEMSELVES ON USING THE LEAST AMOUNT OF INGREDIENTS IN THEIR SANDWICHES POSSIBLE, WHILE CHARGING THEIR CUSTOMERS FULL PRICE. These owners rarely have more than 2 employees on hand, in order to save business expenses, thus the added attitude towards its customers. They could both use and benefit from some courses in business communication, ethics and management. It would remind them and their employees, to value and treat their customers with respect. The female owner is also in need of register training on how to enter a promo code during checkout. Remember, without your customers, you would not be in business.
We have been coming to this location for two years. Seems family owned and always very clean and the woman at the front is so kind. Which which in general can be a little pricey for what it is, but no complaints about this location.
Wich wich serves great sandwiches ???? & Fries ????. This location is great, has outside seating as well. Avocado salad was really good!!
This is my first time ever having Which Wich.
3 stars because the customer service was excellent! The subs however were terrible! The meat was like Oscar Mayer chopped ham and Turkey! Not what I was expecting from a sandwich shop charging an arm and leg for subs! This is not my style of deli meat! My husband loved his though. Will return for him.

Nice counter service sandwich shop. The Tuna sandwich was delicious with a light sub roll with a crispy crust.
