Ugh. Why bother. No Turkey. No GF choices DESPITE being on the menu. No fries despite being on the menu. Dirty tables. Extra cost for excess lettuce (bowl subs bread)? And just when you think it couldn't get worse, the food arrives,
brown lettuce, stale chip bits, snd, get this, NO UTENSILS TO eat the bowl with! Couldn't get out of there fast enough.
It's unfortunate because when they are open, food is good enough for a 4 star. But they are never open. They are either "closed for cleaning" or just straight up "closed". I have went here over the last 5 years probably 15 times and they have been open 2 times. I used to work nearby so it wasn't a hassle since I was walking down, but it's insane that during lunch rush they were closed on multiple occasions. I started thinking that maybe it had just closed down, but it seems to be open again? I'd like to change my rating, but I need to go back and make sure they are open and can review it more in depth. Right now they get 2 stars because at least their food is good when open
The sole employee was talking loudly on her phone/airpods as I entered to grab my mobile order. No interaction with customers.The place is unkempt and dirty. My sandwich, despite having several toppings, was super small and under filled. You are better off going to Jersey Mikes, Publix, etc. for a sub. You pay a lot for a small amount of food.
There were no customers but almost of of the tables were dirty. And pretty much everything else in the place was dirty as well, including behind the counter where the food was made.
Food was good though, as long as I don't end up with food poisoning.

Our subs were good. The woman making them was also nice. Restaurant seemed clean, but I did notice the sanitation rating was a B.
Not sure how they are still open. Employees were flat out rude, took 15 minutes to make the sub (only ONE other person there), and food tasted AWFUL. Chewy raw bacon, stale bread, and only tased like oregano. Genuinely awful.
Cold bacon on a toasted BLT sandwich that I ordered online and they didn’t start making until after the 18 minute estimated pickup time, and they forgot half of the meat that I paid for. Don’t go to this place, understaffed with abscent minded employees that obviously don’t care to work there
Update: The Owner reached out to me, refunded my meal and apologized. for the service. Updating my review from 1 star to 3 stars. I will reconsider updating this if I eat from this location again.
I ordered a black bean patty sandwich with avocado and provolone cheese ONLY for curbside pickup. I got home and this is what they gave me. My receipt with my order was attached to the bag. No black bean patty, no cheese but they added wet lettuce and tomato that made the bread soggy beyond repair (thats why I quit ordering the veggies. I add them at home). And they won’t answer their phone so I’m out of luck.
