Best WLM Reviews
I’ve been to Wich Wich twice now and I love it. The new owners are really sweet. They gave great customer service. All I have to say is they really need to double wrap their sandwiches because when it’s not double wrapped it falls all over the place when you open it. Also they need to put ONLY what you ask for on the sandwich, not extra stuff you didn’t ask for. I got a crab salad sandwich and I didn’t select avocado and there was avocado on it, I think they may have given me the Cali roll. If I don’t select cucumbers that means I don’t want cucumbers. Other than that I like it and the negative reviews are a little harsh, I find it to be pretty good.
First time in a Which Wich in fifteen years or so. Guy was very friendly explaining to us how to order and what was available.
The BBQ pork & cole slaw wrap was delicious! Special nod to the exclusive Mountain Dew Vibe also!
Cuban sandwich was good too!
My husband and I stopped by and got two subs only it was about $25.00. My sub was a regular turkey, pepperjack, Swiss, mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles and also wanted pickled red onion and crushed chips and vinegar. I take two bites and realize I'm missing things. No red onion pickled, no pepper jack cheese, and it has crispy onions like you would have on green bean casserole. My husband runs it back in and they said to him. We are out of pickled onions., maybe we did forget the pepperjack ill hand you a slice, also chips are fried onions. I go back in and talk with them. I said I see they have crushed chips on menu as an option online and they also have a fried onion option. I said I do not want fried onions on this sandwich it's not the same as a basic lays chip crushed. He then said well we don't have chips here so we put onion instead. I said I am sorry I would have never subbed a basic chip for a crispy onion
The worker got aggressive and mad about it. The other said well we can maybe make it better? The other starts speaking in anothrr language throwing hands up. I asked what he meant? He said I'll take your sub back scrape stuff off add peperjack and I'd give you new bread but use everything else. I said no thanks at the point just take the sandwich back and refund me. He then says FINE I'll remake it all and grabs sandwich from my hand and throws it away. They did remake it but I am just shocked at the customer service of this location. They messed up and put the wrong ingredients and forgot some and tried to convince me fried onions were chips and that I should just eat it. I will never eat at this location again due to the customer service.
I had heard good thingsabout Which Wich in the past but never really cared to try it because well, do we really need another sandwich place? But my husband enjoys it, and we have one near where we live now, so hopped in this evening.
I was pleasantly surprised. The best way to describe it would be if Jimmy John's met Subway. The ingredients are like that of JJ's, but you have the option to have any of your sandwiches hot. The bread is warm and crispy without being too hard or too chewy. And they have fries! I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak with the onions extra cooked, add tomatoes; a regular side of fries; and water to drink. You place your order yourself on a kiosk at the front of the counter and wait for them to call your name.
I had no issues with my order and the restaurant itself was clean, warm, and fairly cozy. No music blaring and the seats were comfortable. The fries are basic crinkle cut but still tasted better than many upscale establishments. They give you a choice of three dipping sauces- ketchup, ranch, or their signature Wich sauce. I chose the Wich sauce, but wasn't a fan. The gentleman employee behind the counter was nice enough to give me thousand island instead (which is kind of what I thought the sauce would be originally) and said the Wich sauce is something people typically either love or hate, and that it is a mixture of deli mustard and thousand island. I could tell it was mixed with something, but honestly only tasted the mustard. The thousand island hit the spot.
Just a couple side notes: they do have vegan (black bean patty) and gluten-free (cloud bread) options. There is only an option to order bottled water on the kiosk, but if you ask an employee, they will provide you with a small cup to get filtered water out of the fountain.
I would absolutely eat here again.
We stoped in for lunch today didn't know what to expect but we all wanted something new. Big mistake! First off you have to complet you own order on a screen like a self check out I hate that I feel like I'm doing your job. Then my simple order was very slow seemed like 20 minutes for a small sub and fries . The sub was ok at best the fries were cold best part was the ketchup and my drink. Staff wasn't very friendly. We all agreed were not going back. Subway is alot better and cheaper I spent $16 on a 6" sub and small frie and drink that's outrageous to me. And the screen ask if I wanted to leave a tip when I paid only way I'm leaving a tip is if it's for me for doing half your job for you. Very disappointed in my visit
Was confused about the drive through having a touch screen for your order, but it was easy to navigate. The workers are so kind and it was pretty slow when I went, so the food came out quick!
Just under 20 min for 3 employees to make one sandwich (wicked). Was not a complicated order and there was nobody ahead of me or in drive thru. Sandwich had just a couple slices of meat and 3 slices of provolone for over 10$. Not worth returning.
-Reply to Owner - I came in around 8:05 and my order number was 399 for a 10in wicked. Added photos of it also.
The team is awesome and the Fries are so good ???? I also love their Cups , it’s so cute and I think you can reuse it , this location is seriously amazing ????
