I ordered my food with ubereats. As if it's not bad enough that prices are inflated on the delivery apps. The employees can't be bothered to even cook the food correctly! Not to mention that they sent a diet coke instead of the sprite I ordered.

Went to this whataburger today and I tried to order a breakfast burger and substitute my meat patty for a sausage patty (which I get at least 3x times a week) and immediately the work cuts me off and tells me I can’t but I can order a sausage patty and add it to the burger then proceeds to be rude when I say that’s okay I’ll go to a different whataburger because I knew that she was lying

Worst darn remodel I have ever seen looks like I’m in a hospital waiting to hear that my dad just died. Went from a decent place to sit down and eat to what is basically a morgue cold steel chairs everywhere just not someplace I want to eat. Kind of ironic with where the brand is going though.
Very friendly location with a professional and courteous staff. Parking and drive thru gets packed during peak times but otherwise there is little to complain about this location!
It is a scam to come to this place and order some chicken wings, when what they really give you is a kind of popcorn chicken, so tiny that the fork covers it all, the tea is hot, I definitely do not recommend this place ????????♀️
I ordered a custom fave, The Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich, and when I got back to my office, there was a hair melted into the cheese of the Sandwich. I would have driven back, but lunchtime drive thru takes so long, I can't take another long break.
Didnt even put a whole patty on the burger. It was meat pieces. Toss in it in trash because it looks like juat pieces of a burger patty placed in the shape of a circle. I'm not turning back and going through the long line and gotta get back to work but seems like being busy is an excuse to serve slop at regular food prices.
Overall, when I order mobile, some of them are either incomplete or the food is cold. I usually don't complain.
