Stopped by for a quick bite today 8/31 around 5:20pm. Immediately saddened that customer service has gone downhill.
Waited at the counter for the cashier who was huddled in a corner with his coworkers hanging out laughing on their phone.
There were no guests in the lobby. Lobby was a mess, tables were dirty floor was dirty (a slip hazard) and when Charles B. brought my order without a ketchup tray he said "There is ketchup at the counter if you need any."
????I could not believe it!!!
After years of visiting my favorite burger place it saddens me to see how customer service is becoming less important.
I could not even finish my meal, it was stone cold. Burger and fries were not fresh.
What happened to all the commercials advertising not made until it is ordered. Lies lies lies.
The tomatoes is in wrong condition, caduceus, the meat of the burger was over cooked, the customer service is the worst thing ever, the fries were raw and damaged. I totally don’t recommend this place.

I've always had great service everytime I've come for pick up. Usually in the early mornings. I know it can get pretty busy during the days and evenings, but they still get the job done. Everyone has always been pleasant- but a special shout out to Phillip! Great guy and always has positive energy!
How hard is it to look at an order to make sure it’s correct before you hand it out to a customer?
I ordered a four piece chicken strip with two gravy, a large fry, a milkshake, a tea and an apple pie. What I got was the wrong tea a milkshake and two large french fries everything else was missing.
And the Uber driver brought it right to me and the french fries were old not just cold but old.
Come on.

Called and let store know about our poor quality cold food & they had nothing to say & no real interest… not planning on going back. We love whataburger but the disappointment is killing
I love Whataburger unfortunately the Night Shift, team using the drive-through not professional at all. I paid for extra sauces once Home, I realize they didn’t give me the sauces I asked for. Please be more careful next time.
The young man who was the Manager on duty at noon on
11-16-2024 was extremely gracious and corrected the error that was made to my order. He provided me with a prompt resolution which gave me instant satisfaction. He is to be commended for his actions.
Ordered two #2’s and a #1 and the burgers and fries are uneatable. I have never written a review but this was so bad I had too. Waited 17 mins for fries so salty and burgers (all 3) so salty we literally couldn’t eat!
