Whataburger proved to be an agreeable experience for a first-time visitor. The star of the meal was undoubtedly the double burger - a hearty, well-cooked delight that met expectations. The crispy onion rings and fries were a standout, their crunch and well-seasoned flavor elevating them beyond mere accompaniments. The shake chocolate was also delightful and creamy. However, it was disappointing to find that Whataburger's sauces carried an extra charge, a small detail that tainted an otherwise enjoyable meal. The cleanliness of the establishment was commendable, with particular praise deserved for the spotless bathroom facilities. The staff were pleasant and welcoming, adding a layer of warmth to the overall dining experience. Despite minor drawbacks, Whataburger delivers a solid fast-food experience that could easily turn first-time visitors into regular patrons.
This whataburger used to be one of the best in corpus, but recently when I do curbside orders, I will wait 20+ minutes after the time the app says my food will be ready, only to get cold food. I guess the employees just don't wanna walk it outside so it sits there and gets cold.
The food is very good. Service takes average time. Sometimes they may get the order wrong; I typically ask for no onions and I sometimes get onions on my sandwich, but it is still edible and delicious.
Allergic to item and no one changed gloves, or made ot aware. Severe allergy and no one cared and then served me the specific item I'm Allergic to. Tried to talk to the manager about training and he did not care one bit. Bathroom was filthy and watched an employee clean the bathroom with the same pair of gloves and then exchanged keys with the cook line manager and he then contaminated everyone's food as he was sacking it. Also saw roaches in the dining area. Manager claimed he wasn't touching food but we witnessed it
I had placed an order for delivery, several items in my order were missing. I called the store and talked to the manager about how several items were missing. The manager was very rude and she claimed that one of my items was not missing since she had claimed that she made the order herself. She was unsure about whether or not one of the meals was packaged but she insisted that she had packed my wings. She started to get more of an attitude with me and demanded that I should pick up the food myself. The whole point of me ordering my food was so that I didn’t have to drive to the store myself. The lady rudely told me to just go on the website and go to customer service so I could get a refund. I told her that I’d tell customer service how she was very rude to me and she then sarcastically said “Okay”, and hung up on me after I asked for her name. I usually don’t have issues with this whataburger, but tonight the service was very bad.
This most recent visit through the drive-thru was absolutely terrible. They managed to forget a chicken strip box, a medium fry, a medium root beer, & gave us 2 unsweetened teas instead of 2 sweetened teas. Very disappointing performance.

Still lack luster. Attached is a picture of a "large" onion ring (yes they gave it to me with the ketchup in the onion ring container).
The manager lady could be nicer to customers and let them order how they want and not drill them for immediate answers. I hate when that happens because then I'm just a number at that point. Thanks.
Giving this place one star is being generous every time you go in there everyone including managers will just stare at you even when they aren’t busy and once you finally get your food it’s either cold or they got just about everything wrong this location used to be really good but has gone so far down hill in the past two years I’d rather drive to Enis to get a halfway decent meal they seriously need to get there act together
