I'm at a loss of words for this Location. Very unprofessional, very bad vibes. Will not be returning to this location at all. I would say this if your own leader of the store on Sunday night has a specific problem with a customer they shouldn't go and start talking smack about that customer to another employee while the customer is standing there and listening to the whole thing. If you ask me it was very unprofessional, very rude and really not a welcome you would expect. Overall I would really put "0" star rating if I could go that low but very very unwelcoming and very bad vibe. I would recommend others going to a different Whataburger location one that knows how to welcome there customers more properly. Let me say this I appreciate what she said about me though. The area manager will be hearing from me. Thank you ????
Good fast food place. Burgers and fries were great!
Rude from the beginning.had to repeat my order and the still hot my order wrong. Then wanted to charge me more for thier mistake. All this after sitting in line for 20 minutes. Finally got a refund!
I don't understand how a good hamburger place can go so far into the dark. I used to like the hamburger here. I stopped going several years ago because the quality went south.
Decided to give it another chance. Big mistake.
They have a new Blaze hamburger, I like jalapeño hamburgers so I decided to give it a try. First problem is it was so dry and tasteless. No jalapeño taste, no heat. And I don't even remember ever having a hamburger that was so dry and lacking flavor before.
The second issue was I decided to try the seasonal white chocolate peppermint shake. This had some peppermint flavor, but no dark chocolate flavor. My son got a chocolate shake and said there was no chocolate in it.
So much for second chances, this is forever off my list of places to eat.
Place was busy but got my order right out.
The burgers are still good but not as as before they sold out to a Chicago corp and removed the "Texas beef only" signs. Also the spicy ketchup has lost much of its jalapeno zing.
The #1 combo is still under $10.
This location botched my order enough times that I swore the entire chain off for months, and as soon as I give them another chance they make me regret it. If you're lucky it'll be something small like getting the wrong toppings on your burger. More often you'll get charged for an item and it'll be the wrong size or completely missing. Off-peak hours seem more reliable, but they might as well replace the speaker with a Wheel of Fortune spinner in the evenings
I can believe what I found on my drink when I almost finished on my way home that's disgusting a black cricket and I only saw it because I was trying to get the ice
