Came by on a Saturday morning the drive through had a line, so I walked in. For this location being open 24 hours a day, the interior was spotless and welcoming. I had a simple order of two jalapeño biscuts with sausage and egg, and as usual, they were delicious. Great Whataburger, good location.
I just came from there and Charles was very rude from the start and ending of our order. He was making it seem that our request to have it all fresh (the order) and bacon well done and acted as if it was a chore. He looked annoyed and kept talking on the headset. I felt uncomfortable to leave me food alone so I had to watch the whole time just to be sure nothing would be tampered with. I just came to visit my mother and just to come to be serviced like that is why I don't come to whataburger. Thanks for ruining it! Don't come if you see Charles!
Manager Sam said he would remake both my orders just for him to say he “checked the cameras” to see he made my burger right LOLLL like I didn’t find an onion in my burger ????. Taking them 16$ an hour real deep to your heart huh.
The service at this location is complete garbage, always getting orders wrong and then showing attitude at the drive through. Not to mention worse food quality with a higher price than before.
So I got the chicken strips kids meal, and they did not give me enough gravy. I had to take some of my brother's bc his was filled more than mine. Mine was like half full. Anyway, the food tasted really good tho. The looks of my brother's burger weren't the best tho ????
I’m guessing they were busy or frustrated. Karen and Johnny helped me the most and they were understanding and fast as well as HEARING MY CONCERNS even though placing order thru the drive way and had to “pull forward “ for the discrepancies. I would give them BOTH A FIVE. PATIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE were greatly appreciated even though I seen and talked with “manager”.
The overnight manager on Tue Oct 22, was understanding after my uber eats order was picked up and canceled and even included the fry I was missing. Great guy ????
When I come to the store and I see Linda working in the register, I know my order will be taken accurately, Service will be friendly and this will be a memorable visit. I go to several stores during each month and by far her service outshining the other locations.
