The only employee nice to me was Axel.
I was polite as a delivery driver and they wouldn’t acknowledge my existence. They were super stuck up to me and I don’t appreciate it. Took 15+ minutes to make a 12 item order.

The first time I’ve gotten something bad here…..burnt chicken and soggy bacon ☹️
I watched as my online order sat an extra 10 minutes until I had to yell to get an employees attention if they can check my order. Lo and behold she reached under the counter and it was mine. I could have already been home but because of lack of communication I had to wait for nothing. This isn't the first time this has happened.
I order curbside, and they took forever to bring me my food, therefore I had to go inside to ask. They had prepared my food they just didn't want to bring my food to me even though I ordered curbside pickup worst customer service experience
We go every Wednesday and Sundays through drive-thru to get two large fries and for the past four visits or more the containers are NOT even full. I decided to call today and they said I could get two large fries on my next visit. But it is very disappointing that the service for large fries is just like McDonald's!
I am very disappointed on my Whataburger order # 560891 today. I clearly ordered a number 2 with cheese with no onions, and so on. I was giving my order clearly and calmly as not to be any confusion on my order. During my order the attendant interrupted me like 5 times asking me what drink I wanted. I get to my office only to find out that my burger had no cheese and worst found a curly hair on the lid of my drink. Train personnel to listen to the customer. Forgetting about having burger my way. I normally visit this location 2 times weekly and usually have mistakes every 4 visit. Never found a curly thin hair before, now I have.
