Overall, food is always great. This time, I thought their version of lettuce in the sandwich was a bit unbelievable.
I had a great experience with the girl in the second drive through window her name was Gloria, I felt dumb asking , the question, how do you use the Whataburger app? How do you add the receipts? She was kind and amazing and made me feel comfortable and happy to learn something, besides the food it was great as well., thank you Gloria for showing me the way to navigate the app. They should hire more people like you!
I just went for an order rn @10:25pm 10/4/24 and I’d just like to say I love the food here but the service is always terrible. I just knocked on the window bc my gravy was missing and I paid extra for it. So as I ask for it again the cashier rolls her eyes and goes gets one from the back, then proceeds to just give me it with ugly intention. Like I’m so done with yall. Like if you don’t want to work there then just don’t work periodt! Especially in fast food if you can’t handle the hassle.????
(11/13/2024). Around 2pm I heard a snotty cashier belittling a DoorDash driver about a receipt when the DoorDash driver was not talking to her. She seemed to try to get rid of him in a fast rudely manner and saying “Sorry did I hurt your feelings?” To the door dash driver. She continued to ask what another customer wanted, faking her little sweet attitude. Horrible customer service, scaring all the customers away. I didn’t get to eat my lunch in peace. Whataburger needs to give them weekly trainings about attitudes or something so it won’t just go through one ear and come out the other. Disgusting.
Too many kids work here that won’t appreciate your business. Do yourself a favor and go to canes or chick fila. Those kids are trained well and always deliver on good food and service.
Staff was attentive. The restaurant was clean, including the bathroom.
The food was good. Portion and temperature as expected.
Perfectly made burgers to my liking and pretty quick as well. The servers are friendly and efficient.
One they never get out orders right, two my mom had ordered a burger and all the tomato and all the lettuce were in the bag! NOT EVEN INSIDE THE BURGER. How ridiculous.
