A small amount of pride could really help here.
I had the green chili burger and the staff couldn't be bothered to spread out the chili's???
No pride in yourself and no shame in that you produce doesn't make me want to ever return.
This apparently is this establishments best effort...
If there's no problem with my cash why should l encounter any problem with your product???
i went for a honey bbq chicken strip sandwich and asked for it to be remade because it had no bbq. this is what i got the second time. the sandwich was falling apart before i could even get a bite. they absolutely drenched it in bbq. it’s just surprising for a company to play with a customers food like that and make a joke out of it, and decided to splatter bbq all over just because they couldn’t make it right the first time.i spoke to daniel the first time and alejandra the second. not once did they apologize for the inconvenience or offer anything in return (i didn’t want a refund until the second time because i really wanted the food lol) and all alejandra said was “have a good night” after handing off my refund. no acknowledgment to the sandwich i posted underneath or any consideration. yall dont know how badly i was craving it ???? i love whataburger too
Tonight waiting for our order there were 3 people waiting to see the manager for various complaints. One lady had a blue glove in her fries!
We got home with our order. The burgers were smashed and just a big mess, thrown together sloppily. The fries were cold and stale. Didn't trust that the food wasn't messed with. Beware of this location.
The food is good, but the drive-thru experience needs significant improvement. An 18-minute wait for one car ahead is unacceptable. Hope to see a more efficient process in the future.
One of the cleanest Whataburgers in Texas. Also some of the friendliest staff I have encountered as well. I have visited a couple of times sometimes dining in and the latest drive-thru pickup and again top notch service. Highly recommend.
Last 3 times you’ve made my experience just terrible, why is it so complicated to substitute BUFFALO AND RANCH on a HONEY BBQ sandwich, manager then refused to give me my receipt back because “I made a special request on my order” substituting sauces is a special request? LMAO. Too complicated I guess. Will not ever return.
I visited this location in December 2022, and it was ok. The food wasn’t made very well. Thought I’d give them another chance so I visited them today 12/28/23 , this time I tried the app order, and ate in. The app works great, but the food was very mediocre and not made correctly. I ordered a burger, add cheese, minus mustard, add mayo, no pickles, no onions. I got burger that was slightly warm, no tomatoes, no onions, with pickles and mayo. Partially correct. Then look at the burger, not much lettuce, and smashed. It doesn’t make for a very tasty burger. Then they forgot my drink, said they would look into it and never came back. I’ve had good whataburger, I expect better of them. I’ll try another location next time. Hope they get their act together.
Update: 9/28....again can't get lettuce. I'm driving further for proper Whataburger, here on out.
Whataburger. I'm sure how this is Extra Extra Lettuce.
